The back side looks harder to drink, but on second thought, it's the back side of the reaper, so it's easier to drink.

Unusual, I don't think I've ever had a back
Ura shinigami, the image of shinigami is usually dry, but
it has a mellow feeling that only Jun Dai can give,
But Shujin is still Shujin!

The aroma is so fruity that you would never guess from the horrible label.
The flavor also has a core and is quite sweet and delicious. I would like to actively procure this kind of local sake as a small pleasure during business trips!
Sake-challenged wife: I see.
The sweetness rounded out and became even tastier. This sake comes into its own a few days after opening the bottle!
Liker Rank: 7 points/10 points
Shimoetsu Shuzo
Kambara Junmai Daiginjo Hiyamoroshi: Hiyamoroshi, bagged raw sake
This brewery is located in Aga-machi, Niigata Prefecture.
The sake rice is "Takananishiki" produced in Niigata Prefecture.
It has a soft aroma and a smooth mouthfeel,
The taste is rich and crisp.
#Nihon-shu
The palate is clean, with an excellent fruity aroma and soft sweetness.

#Alcohol content 15% #Polishing ratio 55% #Shiboritate #Sake brewed with Kame-no-o, a fantastic sake rice, as the hanging rice and Yamada-nishiki as the koji rice. This is new sake, fresh! But it is thick and slightly rich. Slightly sweet like a ginjo-shu.

Sweet, but easy to drink and refreshingly Niigata-like? Sake
Sake brewed at Suehiro Shuzo's Kaei warehouse. When I hear the name "Genzai," I think of the daiginjo that was entered in the sake competition. I hesitate to buy it because it is a bit expensive, but this special junmai sake (nama-shu, hi-iru) is reasonably priced and easy to pick up.
I am looking forward to the next year, when there will be more varieties of sake.
As for the sake, the aroma is like apples.
When I drank it, I smelled cemedine😅.
The sake is fresh and has a tangy, gaseous taste. The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong.
I thought maybe I don't like cemedine, but I drank more than half of it in no time and regretted it.
It is easy to drink.
The second day, the cemedine is also good. If this is the case, it's a special pure Cemedine.
The last bottle in the store, a four-pack for 1,160 yen, was served at room temperature.
It has a subtle aroma of banana, a hint of carbonation, and a slowly subdued sweetness with an excellent sharpness at the end.
Japanese>English
I know - dry!
But the sake-like quality is... less acidic?
This is fine, less is more...! That's a nice change of pace!
Japanese>English
They only sell it locally. Buy it directly from the brewery!
It's delicious, refreshing, sweet umami aroma, and sharp!
If you like instruments, by all means! I should have bought the dry version too.
A unique sweetness lingers on the tongue after the sweet aroma.

Sake purchased in Nara, GW.
This is my first time to buy sake from Nakatani Sake Brewery.
It seems that they have a factory in China and also produce Chinese sake using Chinese rice.
It has a mild sweetness with a slight yogurt-like nuance. There is also a good amount of acidity.
Yamanokami yeast is a type of sasayuri. I've had Yamanokami yeast sake in the past, but I didn't know it was a flower yeast.
I heard that there used to be a raw version of this sake, but I am sure it is delicious.
It seems that this sake is also limited in stock. There was only one bottle left at the store where I bought it.
I heard that they moved the brewery that was closed at the Corona Disaster to the center of town and started a brewery where you can experience brewing.
I wonder if that's why they are discontinuing all of their existing products.
Cold.
Purchased at Fukuda Sake Brewery.
I bought a lot of it, so I drank it all at once to reduce the amount.
It is a sparkling type, not too sweet, not too spicy, and easy to drink, but it has 14% alcohol content.
I am not a fan of carbonation, so the carbonation was stronger than I expected, and it hurt my nose.
I think I prefer Nagasaki Bijin if they are made by the same brewer.

Crystal silver coloration.
Melon, apple, etc., ethyl caproate.
Ueshin powder, white dumplings, lime.
Elegant sweetness, acidity is smooth, full-bodied and pleasantly bitter. While it has a sweet aroma, it is relatively dry and clean as a taste.
Personally, I quite like the taste.

It is refreshing and goes well with fish.
As expected of a Nagasaki sake 🍶 with sashimi.
The seventh and final sake is Mifuku Mifuku, a sake from Shiga Koka. We close with a fresh taste with a flavor of Yamahai brewing. Thank you very much for the meal.

Mifuku Yukikasumi Limited Nama
Yamahai Junmai New Sake Nigori
Participated in the Shiga Burabiraki (Shiga Sake Brewery Fair) guided by Kyukura-san.
Mr. Kyukura recommended this interesting sake.
It is an active nigori sake. ✌️
The video explains how to open the bottle 🎥.
Put the bowl down and put the bag over the top...
It doesn't blow out vigorously.
The bubbles slowly ooze out one after another💦.
Enjoyed opening the bottle of Active Nigori 🤣.
It tastes like a dry sweet sake with a strong sake taste 😊.
It didn't seem to suit my wife's palate.
I was manacled by myself 😋.
Izutsunaga Limited Edition Active Nama Sake

lesser cuckoo (Cuculus poliocephalus)
Nigori, effervescent. Slightly sweet and firm taste. Weak acidity, bitterness on the tongue. I rather like it.
The label on the back of the bottle says it is supposed to be heated to O, but I warmed it up. It was cold. It is very easy to drink, but it is not impressive. Certainly O.
Purchased at a sake brewery. Limited edition at the brewery shop.
A magnificent house. The shop is spacious and sells not only sake, but other goods as well. There is also a cafe and event space. The museum is open to the public, and you can see the old tools, sake containers, signboards, and so on. The name of the shop is said to mean "chief (osa) of a well. I had never heard of it before.
Picture 4 is a back fatty pork bone ramen with Kurosawa Sake Kasu (sake lees). It tasted like a big fight between the aroma of sake and pork bone. The collaboration between a ramen shop and a sake brewery in Saku is now being held - 2/12.
