I used only ayu (sweetfish) for this dish. I also served bonito and Spanish mackerel tataki with a lot of myoga. It has a slightly high alcohol content and sweetness for a Niigata sake, so it went well with the ayu fish, bonito and Spanish mackerel. It was a good evening drink.

I bought it in a hurry: ‼️ After returning home, I opened the bottle slowly, little by little. This is my first time drinking ayu masamune honjozo: 🐟️ I had it at room temperature. The first aroma is slightly sweet. It has a full-bodied, sweet flavor on the palate. The sharpness is good, as is the case with honjozo. It may be good warmed up. It was quite delicious 🍶✨.

I found Ayumemasamune and bought it immediately. This one was not as sweet as the usual junmai sake. It is not so sweet as the usual junmai sake, and is refreshing and light. It has a cool, refreshing feeling associated with the label. It is like mint! It seems perfect for hot summer days. 1,650 yen (tax included)
