A gift from Hirupeko. As she posted, she participated in the sake rice production ✨I was wondering what it tasted like. I was curious to know what it tasted like, and I never expected to receive it 😊. We would like to express our gratitude to Hirupeko and our respect for her time, effort, and love for sake brewing. First, let it cool. At first, it smells like a blend of rice malt and koshinko (rice powder). In the mouth, there is plenty of rice flavor supported by a thick, soft, and somewhat sharp acidity. The finish is big and relaxed with the acidity and a bit of bitterness that is there from the beginning. Delicious 🍶. Next, warmed sake. At about 35 degrees, a slight sweet aroma emerges. Taste once here. The acidity is quite forward. I thought it would be more balanced if it were warmed up a little more, so I warmed it up to over 40 degrees Celsius, and the sweet aroma of the rice gently expanded. Here it is! I pull it out of the hot water bath and enjoy it. The gentle and elegant cotton candy-like sweetness of the rice is gently and softly supported by the acidity that is a characteristic of this sake. It's a relaxing taste that will take the tension off your shoulders. This is the best 🍶. Personally, I think it tastes much better warmed up ✨. Hirupeko, this was really delicious 🍶Thank you again for this precious sake 🌾🌾.

This time it is Hyakuten Manten. This sake was brewed by Yamano Sake Brewery using rice produced by the members of the Katano Orihime University Sake Making Group. The crystal color has a slight yellow tinge. The aroma on the nose is sweet and refreshing, with a hint of pear. The soft and fine effervescence on the palate gives way to a mild and full-bodied sweetness that contains the umami of rice and a fruity pear-like flavor. It has a refreshing aftertaste with just the right amount of bitterness. It is a gorgeous, mildly sweet sake that reminds one of spring. Hyakuten Manten is It tastes like someone who has enjoyed it. This is the only way to describe this sake. The moment when everyone toasts together at the new sake unveiling is the most delicious moment of all! I have enjoyed working in the rice paddies with everyone during the year I have been a part of the sake brewing group. This sake was filled with the steady efforts and kindness of everyone involved in the rice paddy work and the brewing of Hyakutenmanten😊.

Good morning, Hirupeko: ☀️ (fresh sunny day today 😆). This is wonderful ✨✨If the rice that took a lot of time and effort to grow turns into sake at the end and we all toast to that, it really sounds like that experience by itself is so much better!

Hello, Wakata-san. Yes, it's a citizens' course, but it's interesting because it's like a serious club activity for adults! It's special to drink together with drinks that you worked on from pulling out the weeds yourself 😆.

Hi Mamio. I really feel that the most delicious sake is the one that you have a special attachment to. I was talking with some of my seniors, "The aroma is more gorgeous than last year's sake, but this moment is the best every year" 😊.

Outside drinking. Ekimarche Osaka Yamanaka Sake Shop. Since we came to Osaka, we had Osaka sake 😊. 100% Omachi Slightly sweet aroma. Color is energy drink-like yellow slightly pale. Juicy sweetness in the mouth. It may be pineapple-like. It is a full-bodied, robust sake, but it is not harsh. However, it is not harsh. Even those who have an image that they do not like Yamahai can enjoy it. It is a sake that made me change my image of Yamahai.

Kansai sakewa New Year party⑳(⑳) It's almost the end of the party and Katano Sakura is a local favorite of ours. I don't think this restaurant had much mountain waste. It is a good sake with a full-bodied flavor.

Kansai Sake-new year party21 It's been about 5 years since I've had it, but it's still delicious! I've had a few of these in the past, so I'll put a digest of them here, but I also had a bottle of Kuroryu Jungin 😋. I haven't had it in a while, but it's a bit melon-y, like a calm food sake. The 3 hours went by so fast ⏰. We changed seats during the party, but some of us couldn't talk to each other, so we'll see you next time 😊. The next day, I posted on the restaurant's Instagram that 15 bottles of sake had been emptied, and I wonder if the owner was a bit surprised 🤣. Continue to the second meeting...

Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. Sweet aroma reminiscent of custard cream, a full-bodied aroma reminiscent of rice, and a slightly nose-piercing aroma reminiscent of woodworking bond. The aroma is strong. Mild mouthfeel. The mouthfeel is rich with a strong sweetness and astringency. It has a long aftertaste. Mellow sake.

Kansai Petit Off-line Meeting (3) Food comes out so fast at this restaurant 😳! The table is always overflowing with food 🤣. I ordered 🍺 because they served a mountain of potatoes 😁. The third sake was Katano Sakura from Osaka, my hometown. It's Yamahai, but easy to drink (by my standards). It has a firm sweetness, but it was also good with food 🥰. I found a good sake 😁. Speaking of discoveries, it turns out that Umaisan is the same age as me 😳. I was so happy to find out that there are many people in the same age group as me. To be continued
