This is the first time we have opened the bottle. It is made from a rare rice produced in Fukuoka Prefecture, Jushikinmu. It had a slight effervescence and a light nigori sweetness. Kangiku-san is still delicious!

Junmai Ginjo made from Aomori Prefecture's finest sake rice, "Hanamoi", polished to 50% of the Daiginjo standard. The taste of the rice was very strong.
