On the way back from Hiroshima Saijo, we got off at Shin-Osaka and stopped by Tokujiro's Takoyaki 🐙 in Yodoyabashi 😆.
Sake 🍶 is Katano Sakura ❗️
It looks slightly amber 👀.
Slowly but surely, the bone-dry sweetness, faintly melon🍈? Kiwi🥝? I can feel the sweetness like a melon🍈 or kiwi🥝.
There is also a ginjo aroma if you drink it without hesitation 😆.
The takoyaki is creamy inside. The sauce is salted mayonnaise, which is excellent 😚.
The hot takoyaki is cooled down with Kata no Sakura 💧.
The bitterness, which I did not feel with the sake alone, lifts the flavor of the takoyaki, and the ginjo aroma is soooooo good 🥹.
I ended up having a glass of Katanozakura🌸✖️3😁.

The color is clear.
Little fragrance.
Mouthfeel is soft and smart.
The taste is of rice umami🌾 and acidity.
It has a pure rice flavor, but the acidity keeps the whole thing tight and clean.
It is a pure rice dry sake with a clear taste,
It matched with the Uruume Iwashi (dried round sardines).
The takoyaki (octopus dumplings) at this restaurant were very tasty, so I would like to come back for more 🤗. ヒロStore drinking.

I said "Nihonto nasai" without hesitation 😅.

Sake by itself is not sweet and has little umami 🤔.
It is extra dry.
With food, it becomes sweet and umami 😳.

My friend took me to "Takoyaki Bar Tokujiro Honten". I heard that the takoyaki🐙 here are excellent😋.
I thought, "What I want to try with takoyaki is Yamahai.
They have Katano Sakura Yamahai ❗️
When I asked for it, I was told that they were out of it...

The color is clear.

And bitter astringent taste slowly.
The aftertaste is a delicious taste of rice 🌾 that seeps through.
It is light, refreshing, and easy to drink.
Too clear and tastes like it has been overpowered by takoyaki🐙... 😓.
