Lime 🍋🟩 type sweet and sour smell and taste.
The light carbonation assists the refreshing feeling.
The finish is clean.
It's so different from Yamahai that I thought it was a different brand.
You have to compare 😅

Very tasty.
I received this as a gift on our anniversary.
Katano Sakura is my favorite sake, but I'm glad I never had this one.
I love Yamano Sake Brewery 🫶.
Drinking on the second day of business trip (3) in [Sake Rabbit
The third drink 🤩 was a sake from Osaka, which I had long been curious about being consumed at Sake-no-Wa.
Katanozakura Yamahai Junmai Yamadanishiki Nama-Nihon Sake.
I ordered this one hot, and since they allow you to set your own temperature, I had it heated to 50 degrees Celsius this time 😁.
The aroma alone is enough to fill you up with the rich rice and alcohol aroma, the mouthfeel is soft and sweet with a deep lingering aftertaste that will make you feel like you're on a trip!
This is delicious 😋!
SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 2024 New Year's Party Report: 1️⃣ 7️⃣
We decided to have Osaka sake at the end of the party🌸
It is called Yamahai, which means "mountain waste", and it has a deep flavor with a lot of umami.
I've been drinking a lot of smooth sakes, so drinking them in this order makes a strong statement👍.
I wish I had known about this brewery when I lived in Osaka 💧.
🐶
Lately, junmai sake has been my favorite!
So I bought this one that caught my eye.
Junmai sake is still soothing 😂.
I like to stuff my own anko (bean paste) 💓
Tonight we have another bottle, Hyakuten Manten.
First, let me explain about this sake.
This sake was brewed by the Yamano Sake Brewery using rice produced by the Katano Orihime University Sake Brewing Group, of which I am a member.
The sake I uploaded once at the new sake unveiling in March was a draft, and this time it is a fire-brewed version.
It is served at room temperature.
When poured into a sake cup, it has a sweet and gorgeous aroma. The aroma is especially gorgeous this year.
The mouthfeel is mild and slightly effervescent.
The aroma is reminiscent of a gorgeous pineapple, and the mild, full-bodied sweetness is delicious. The fire-aged version has a lighter taste compared to the nama-zake.
Personally, I think I prefer the fire-aged version💕.
The other day at Orihime University, there was a sake tasting WS where we compared several different types of sake,
Of course the other sakes were delicious, but everyone agreed that Hyakuten Manten was the best 🤣.
That's how much everyone who attended had a special place in their hearts for this sake 🌾✨.
The time spent enjoying the sake that we all worked together on was irreplaceable 😊.
We will start making the next sake rice from GW 💪!
Good morning, Hirupeco!
It's time to taste the fruits of another year 😁.
Good job on enjoying your accomplishments and starting work on the next one ✨.
Hello, Miss Peco 😊.
Sake brewed with rice that you grew yourself is a romantic thing 😍.
It's a great way to get the "taste of the person who enjoyed it" 🏹.
Hi Jive-san. We are starting to prepare for the upcoming rice planting season 🌱There is a lot of simple work to be done, but it was one of those times when I felt once again that everyone has a lot of love for sake rice😊.
Good evening, brother Maru. It was so cute to see everyone saying "Hyakuten Manten is the best" while comparing the drinks this time 💕Thanks for a drink that makes me feel the origin of enjoying sake😊. It was so cute to see them all saying 💕Thank you for a drink that made me feel the origin of enjoying alcohol 😊.
