I had this sake at a restaurant the other day and really liked it. It does not taste sweet on the tongue, but it has a clean, natural sweet aroma, like freshly cooked rice, and I really liked that. My overall impression is that it is a refreshing sake. It also had a little bit of mash in it, which made it a fun drink for the tongue.

It's soooo good. ...... I bought this sake just because I liked the bottle and the label, but I was surprised how much I liked it. I love this kind of sake that has a deep umami of rice and a strong acidity. Not only that, but it also had some flavors that I had never tasted before, which deepened my interest in sake. I would like to try other sake from Hirai Shoten.

This is the sake that made me fall in love with sake. I love the deep richness and the witty acidity swing. It has a sweet and mellow aroma with a hint of riceiness. It is a sake that makes me want to drink it slowly, one-on-one with the sake and myself, because it stimulates my senses so much. It is not available at my local liquor store, and I was able to purchase it while on the road for the first time in a long time 👏. I love this sake with all my heart. The fluffy Japanese paper label is also cool and makes me excited.

Here's a picture after I've had a lot to drink 🤭. I love this sake and have purchased it many times. The overall taste is sour and refreshing, but you can also taste the sweetness of the thick rice. The fizziness is pleasant and I feel it is perfect for the warm season. The label looks simple at first glance, but when you shine it through the light, the cherry blossom pattern comes out in a nice pattern 🫶.

Very tasty. I received this as a gift on our anniversary. Katano Sakura is my favorite sake, but I'm glad I never had this one. I love Yamano Sake Brewery 🫶.
