I'm going to change my job this fall, and I received a nice one as a retirement gift.

It is served at room temperature.
It has a slight yellowish hue.
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of apple.
The taste is a robust Junmai Daiginjo with a gentle sweetness and umami.
The bitterness is also well balanced and has a nice sharp taste.
The soft sweetness and moderate acidity make it a good match with Japanese food.
