My favorite Benten Musume strong R1BY.
The manager and the clerk at Sake Street were all saying that the H30BY was terrible, and I drank it thinking that was indeed the case.
Perhaps it was because it had just been opened, but it was a little lighter in the mouth compared to the H30BY.
It is delicious in this way, but it is still not matured enough.
I wonder if I should buy another bottle of Benten Musume for aging...
