It seems to be a raw sake to be drunk warmed.
It is true that when cold, the richness and flavor are thin and lacking.
Warming it up brings out the sweetness and richness.
It has no peculiarities and is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink.

The "Not Enough Series!"
The first sip is served at room temperature 🙏.
It's junmai, but it's as sweet as junmai daiginjo!
Elegant sweetness as if the rice has been polished ❗
The second sip has a bitter taste.
Benten Musume is recommended to be heated up to room temperature.
but this is delicious enough at room temperature 😋.
I compared it with Sanin Togo's Yamadanishiki R2BY Namaishiki Junmai 60%.
It's totally different 🌈
I've been drinking various kinds of sake for about 2 years.
Tottori sake has the aroma of each brewery.
I think the Tottori sake has the aroma of each brewery added to it.
Just by taking a sip
I can tell which brewery it's from just by taking a sip.
It would be embarrassing if I miss it when I try it 🤣𐤔

Comparison of room temperature with a glass of wine.
The aroma and taste are better than the Kamisen 🍀* 🍀* ゚

The "Not Enough Series!"
Sake like sugar-free sake with no sweetness at all 0️⃣
👆🏻It's just my personal opinion w⚠️
In a word, it's the sake version of Super Dry 🍺.
And the unique aged aroma of Bentenmusume.
I think I prefer it warmed up or cooled down, as it has a slight sweetness to it.

Room temperature in a wine glass
Aroma is close to mild water 🚰💦.
I don't know what I'm talking about 🤣𐤔
Same day, same drink.
Junmai Yamadanishiki R1BY was better ❗

A cup of sake with a lot of flavor.
A little peculiar, but that makes it unique and delicious!
Sake is exceptional after traversing a mountain castle: ‼︎
I thought it was pretty colorful though it was R1by, but it was 2025. Time flies.
The aroma is well matured. The banana-like aroma is covered with the aroma of black tea and mushrooms.
It tastes good even at room temperature. A mature yet clean taste. It has a good balance of sweetness and astringency. However, I have an overwhelming urge to warm it up. Heated!
It's still delicious when heated. It's too delicious. It's too delicious. It's a taste that makes you hungry. I don't think this is in the context of a normal ginjo, but as a heated ginjo, it makes me think this is the right choice. The acidity that comes out as the sake warms up is also pleasant.
It's really tasty!
