This was the first Naraman I had heard about before. I was thinking that although the name was "Nara," it was a sake from Fukushima Prefecture, which was unimportant to me.
The aroma has a rice aroma that is typical of sake, but the taste is clean and sweet, with a fizzy, cider-like or ramune-like impression. The aftertaste is not so strong, but light.

Very light with little sweetness and flavor. Juicy and gassy. It is excellent with Ate.

Today's drink of the day is opened here 💁.
It is Naraman Junmai Sake from Fukushima Prefecture.
The aroma is mild and the mouthfeel is light and crisp.
You can taste the umami and sweetness of the rice.
It is best suited as a food sake, but it is sure to go well with sweet food as well.
I drank it cold today, but I think the flavor will spread even more if it is heated.
This is another sake that I definitely want to keep on hand. ☺️
We pray for the souls of those who lost their lives in the Great East Japan Earthquake.
Cheers from all of us!

At a corner bar of Sake-no-Hirose at Nishi-Hachioji Station.
I had it lukewarm, and the sweet aroma and flavor was so good that I bought a bottle of four-pack for my evening drink.
