Business Trip to Yamanashi Part ㉔
I bought a bottle of Naraman Junmai Namaishu at a liquor store in Yamanashi 😀 It's been a long time since I've been to Naraman 😋.
The aroma is slightly green apple 🍏 type 🤔The mouthfeel has a freshness that is typical of the original sake, and the acidity, which comes with a bit of a kick, is a nice accent. The sweetness is subtle and dry 🤔I thought it was a model of unfiltered nama sake 🥳.
The fourth picture is Tenzaru from Jyuwari-tei, which we visited on Sunday. It looked like there was not much soba, but the noodles were thin and the portion was generous 😋Tensuru soba and crispy tempura😍It was a Sunday extravaganza 🥰.
Stewed beef skewers, bought at a department store,
Steamed chicken, along with a rustic salad. 😄
New sake orikarami. It is a petite, slightly effervescent sake with live fermentation gases. Fresh juicy melon-like mouthfeel, elegant sweetness is clear and medium-bodied with a taste that expands with the involvement of the ori. The refreshing acidity and bittersweet oli flow refreshingly with a sense of effervescence. The finish is dry and very refreshing. 😍😍
Junmai Ginjo from Naraman. It was recommended to me at a sushi restaurant in Sannomiya, Kobe.
I found it at a sake shop that sells local sake and bought it immediately.
It's been a long time since I've been to Naraman.
I drank it with orikara!
The bottle was opened with no difficulty this time, although there was a warning ⚠️ to be careful of opening the bottle.
It is a good thing that I can open the bottle without spilling it.
The taste can be summed up in one word: delicious.
This time we had it with sashimi.
I can't come up with a detailed impression of the sake, but it was a fun time 👍.
