It seemed like a long time, but today is the end of the Golden Week holidays 🤣.
The last sake is from the hanpukai of Kadoya Sake Shop😇.
I joined a new hanpukai for Nagano sake from April, so I'm taking a break from this hanpukai for a while 😅.
This sake is also a special hanpukai sake and is a junmai ginjo orikarami sake brewed by Naraman in Aizan😇.
It was a delicious sake with a sweet and robust flavor that is typical of Aizan 😀.
I compared the sake with the top clearings at room temperature and was surprised at how delicious they all were 😇.

Nigori-style sake is definitely delicious, but I don't think I need to venture all the way with Sumi-shu 😅.

Autumn Agari🍂 🍂 Kiri🍂 Dry. Muscat. Catch the chashu. Ika carrots 🦑🥕 are delicious. My wife says it has a good balance of sweet, spicy and acidic 👍 The water is delicious. When the temperature rises, the umami is more intense.
