Tonight, we will drink these two bottles. The first is Naraman, a local sake from Kitakata.
Fruity and sweet, but more refreshing than I expected. 🙆♂️
It also has a slight alcohol taste.

The all-you-can-drink banquet course this time included a brand of sake that I had never heard of for ￥650 for 2 gou of sake, which I ordered, but it was impossible to keep drinking.
To be more precise, it was the kind of drink that would render you incapable of acting (or dying) the next day if you kept drinking.
So, I paid extra and ordered a bottle of Naraman!
I had high expectations for this sake!
I don't feel much of the aroma, but there is a sense of sake in the back of the bottle.
The mouthfeel is crisp and dry! The first taste is crisp and dry, followed by a gradual umami flavor. The aftertaste is more sake-like, with a hint of sourness and heavy bitterness, and then the drink is cut off with a crisp finish.
Sake Mirai has a sweet and fruity image. I had an image of Naraman as dark and umami, but both of these images were overturned.
That's the interesting thing about sake!

The aroma is slightly sour and fruity.
When you drink it, the mouthfeel is crisp, and the sweetness and umami spread softly, but it is still very refreshing. The sweetness disappears before it becomes a deep sweetness. It is easy to drink without hesitation. Good as a food sake.
The next day and after, there is no significant change.
The bitterness increases a little. The bitterness and acidity are light, and it is a little fruity.
Overall, it is mild, a little acidic and bitter, light, but with a gradually increasing umami flavor.
As usual, it is smooth and smooth, and I enjoyed it with light meals.

No matsu 😆. Shuwa✨, dry. But a little sweet. Pleasant aroma of peach🍑 and melon🍈. The pork ginger from Tsunan, the owner's hometown, is also delicious 😋 The salad of eggplant and watercress was also a seasonal delicacy.

Got it on a trip to Aizu✨
I found some korutaka at Uekiya Shoten that Colonel Lal told me about, but a bottle of korutaka is a bit too much for this season... so I went with this one: ☺️
It's 17 degrees, so it has a strong and robust flavor, and it's delicious in summer. ☀️
My daughter said "smells like bread! 🤔🤔.
I used to think Naraman had a nutty, dusty aroma, but now that you mention it, bread certainly does!
It worked where I was tired from the trip - I thought I drank too much, but when I checked the rest the next day, there was still some left there 😳.
I guess physical condition is a big factor ☕.

This is the first time I've had this drink at home 🍶.
I have rarely seen it in stores, and I vaguely remembered that it was delicious, although I only remember drinking it once or twice 🤔.
A liquor store near my house started selling it this year, so I bought it without a second thought 😁.
It tastes full, but it's also quite voluminous, perhaps due to the fact that it's freshly stored, so it tastes more like Super Light Classic ⁉️ than Modern 🤔.
I like it a lot 😋.
It's also very useful as a food sake and I never get tired of drinking it 🤔.
I found a few brands at the liquor store, so if I can try a few different ones, this could be the birth of a new favorite 😁.
