Autumn Agari🍂 🍂 Kiri🍂 Dry. Muscat. Catch the chashu. Ika carrots 🦑🥕 are delicious. My wife says it has a good balance of sweet, spicy and acidic 👍 The water is delicious. When the temperature rises, the umami is more intense.

Purchased at a Fukushima Prefecture antenna store I saw while strolling in Nihonbashi
It is a fine sake at room temperature, mild but with a hint of alcoholic sharpness at key points, and goes well with chicken.
I felt like the sake was begging me to heat it up, so I left half of it and drank it again at night.

Sweetness and umami are gradually felt, followed by a distinctive bitterness.
Personally, I do not like this type of bitterness.

This is the first time for me to drink Nara-man. And it's Sake Mirai ver.

We had a few bottles of Jyushiyo left, so we brought an additional bottle of Naraman.
This is the product of a business deal with a sake master. This is one of the sake recommended by the teacher.
There is a slight hint of alcohol in the topping aroma, but not enough to be bothersome.
The mouthfeel is full of sweetness, umami, and acidity, with a strong umami flavor, but the acidity nicely wraps it up. From the fruity aftertaste, the acidity and bitterness gently close the bottle.
I've got a photo of the lion dance from the other day, so I'll upload it here.
