I was missing melon sake, so I chose Naraman's for a long time.
I heard that this Naraman is only available at a limited number of distributors.
Of course, Koyama Shoten had it!
Now, let's open the bottle!
The flavor is juicy melon, as expected,
The body and flavor of the 17% alcohol content are solid.
Naraman is delicious after all!
It is a versatile sake that can be easily paired with any meal!
This is a repeat. My wife bought it, good choice!
Mmmm... It is still too delicious!
I was making beef shank stewed in red wine, so I matched it with it, and the strong and well-balanced Naraman matched the strong taste just right! This is like Ujiyasu Hojo in Nobunaga's Ambition.
Today, I would like to introduce a rare sake. The liquor store I frequent often asked me, "How about this rare sake? I reserved this sake because it is rare. It is a sake made by freezing unfiltered raw sake of Naraman for half a year 😄.
The aroma is fruity, green apple and grapefruit. The aroma is fruity with green apple and grapefruit, and when you drink it from there, it has a sweet and slightly carbonated taste. It has a nice bitterness and a nice finish. Although it is unfiltered, it has a cohesive and mellow feeling. I wonder if this is because it has been aged for half a year. I haven't had the actual unfiltered draft, so I can't compare, but it is still fresh and tasty😄Naraman is consistently good.
Good morning, Sashu 😃.
Naraman! I haven't had a few of ours 😅 but it's delicious 😋I see you have reserved some for freezing! It would be interesting to compare it with the pre-aged one 🤗.
Good morning, Sashu 😃.
I was intrigued by the strange taste of mellow freshness 🤩.
Like J&N, I thought it would be interesting to know the detailed differences if we could compare 🤗.
Jay & Nobby Good evening😄Naraman is a stable tasty or well-balanced sake! Yes, it is. I wanted to compare the sake...but I would like to buy it when the new sake is released this season.
Good evening, Hiro-san! Yes, it was my first time to taste the mellow and fresh flavor, but it was very delicious. I really wanted to compare and feel the difference in every detail. I will try to buy a mid-season bottle this season!
Tastes like what you would get if you ordered "sake" at a bar.
Moderate flavor, non-habit forming, good as a food sake
Better at room temperature or higher
First impression was "sweet like a green apple", but it was drowned out by eating a strong-flavored snack (such as pickled herring with sansho) 😢 It is better to drink it by itself. If you're going to snack on it, it's better to have something lighter in flavor.
Junmai Muroka
My first Muroka which means it hasn’t been charcoal filtered.
Light and dry with a little bit of richness. Great melon and banana bread flavors. Opens refreshing and slightly bitter in the finish.
It has a green apple aroma, a smooth mouthfeel with a pear-like sweetness, and plenty of mellow flavor. When the orikomi mixes with it, the aroma of koji (malted rice) and a touch of rummy flavor add to the complexity of the taste. The complexity of the flavor increases.
My impression before was that it tasted dry, but when I tasted it again, it tasted mellow with a strong umami. 😅
At Ito Sake Shop, Yakuendai, Narashino. 🐈️🐈️
Hi Lara's Sake 😃
Mr. Naraman! It's delicious 😋.
And Yakuendai! I miss this place because some of the guys stayed there when I was a student 😌 over 35 years ago 😅I bet it's changed!
Hello, Jay & Nobby! I don't see much Naraman in Chiba, but Ito Sake Shop keeps a bottle and I rush out to Yakuendai when I want to drink it. I'm glad to hear that Jay has a connection to this area 😋. 😌.
Fruity aroma in its own way.
It is refreshing and full-bodied, easy to drink, but quite spicy.
It seems to refresh sweet and spicy Japanese food by drinking it.
I couldn't decide between Morishima and Nara-Man, but it was hot and I wanted something fruity.
I went with Sekisaba mackerel, fresh bonito, and amaebi (sweet shrimp).
