Slightly effervescent. Stable taste.
It is smooth with a peculiar bitterness in the aftertaste.
The aroma is elegant. A little spicier than I like.
Rice used: 100% Sake Mirai
Rice polishing ratio: 53
Alcohol content: 16%.
I bought this for my father when he came back home. I bought it because I wanted to try "Sake Mirai" created by the legendary sake brewery Jyushiyo Takagi Brewery.
The aroma is intense! It's fruity, but more than that, it's gorgeous and too much. It is too smooth on the palate, apple-like, La France-like, fruity, gorgeous, delicate, complex, and the best sake I've ever tasted.
Even my father, who prefers light and dry sake, praised this sake.
Thank you again for your hospitality this evening!
Normal operation from today 😃.
First issue of the series has resumed and this time it's "Naraman" 🍶.
Without any preconceptions, I opened the bottle and started with the aroma...mild aroma. Take a sip.
The impression is clean and refreshing, and the spiciness follows from the sweetness.
The aftertaste disappears quickly and you are left waiting for the next sip. The impression of "beautiful" is perfect.
I thought the sake brewery was in Nara prefecture because of the brand name "Naraman"...but I didn't realize it was in Fukushima 😅.
Oh, it's so good 😋.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😊I have a lot of first time sake, but Fukushima and Tochigi have a lot of really good sake 🥰, gives me the courage to go to more uncharted areas 😋.
When drunk cold, it is gentle and pleasant on the palate, or at worst, it tastes thin and lacks punch.
When drunk hot, it is very tasty, with only a hint of sweetness.
