The moment I saw this on Kouei Chrysanthemum's Instagram, I knew I had to buy it, and I bought it immediately on the day it hit the store shelves. The moment I put it in my mouth, it had an apple juice-like aroma, a pleasantly bitter aftertaste, and my wife and I toasted it with a glass of wine. My wife said it was the best wine she had ever tasted. I love the label and the name! It was a good Christmas! The accompaniments were carpaccio of ao-dai and gote-Yaki!

I compared the cherry blossoms I bought in the spring with the fireworks I bought in the summer, and both are great! The sakura was sweeter on the palate first, but the hanabi was sweeter on the palate if it was the hanabi first! The bottle is also very nice! I served it with one-pot dish.

The aroma and the moderate chugging sensation in the mouth are still good, and the taste is more crisp and clean than other varieties I have had in the past. I think I'm drinking a lot of Saga sake at the moment, but it's all good!

The moment I put it in my mouth, I could feel the sweetness spreading and the aftertaste of "Oh, Kouei Kiku". The label is also nice and fits the image. It's not the same one, but I was able to reconfirm to myself that I remembered the Kouei Kiku I had drunk before. The accompaniments were carpaccio of sea bream and meat while watching the moon on the wooden deck on the night before the full moon!

You can really taste the flavor and sweetness of the rice. Of course, it goes well with food and is really delicious! I also like the fact that it is a classic "Shizuoka-style" sake, as stated on the back of the label! The "Arigato" on the cap is also a nice touch! I drank it while thinking, "Thank you, too!
