Junmai🍶kai- Summer Limited✨☀️ Refreshing aroma ✨Melon type 🍈Pungent bitterness. A little bit of gin and whiskey. The bamboo shoots give it a nice crispy flavor with a hint of sweetness. The squid and carrots (🦑🥕) are well balanced with spicy-sweet flavor. The sweetness is calmed down by the morokyu (a type of Japanese cucumber). Kitakata soy sauce ramen to finish off the meal. Junmai🍶Gohyakumangoku from Aizu Slightly alcoholic. Slightly sweet mouthfeel. But with a crisp aftertaste. The squid and carrots (🦑🥕) add to the sweetness. A little dry with chashu pork. Summer limited edition ginjo-shu 🍶. Meltingly delicious 😆 Clean and gentle. It has a thin impression but it is assertive. It has a gradually sweet umami flavor. When paired with spicy miso horse-meat sashimi, it gives the impression of crispness and awakens the eyes. It has a nice sweetness when combined with bamboo shoots and squid carrots. Junmai Ginjo🍶Natsukasumi Light Nigori✨Ihyakumangoku from Fukushima Prefecture🌾. I thought it would be a refreshingly dry summer sake, but it was a bit dry. Junmai Nama-nama Sake🍶Non-filtered Hatsu Shibori✨Gohyakumangoku from Aizu🌾. Sweet, peachy 🍑 pleasant taste. It also has a spiciness when paired with the sweet Aizu specialty, squid carrots 🦑🥕. I've been checking it out for a long time. Aizu Kitakata Ramen Aikizuna, a sanctuary in Jujo on the Saikyo Line Aizu's sake selection is Probably the best in Tokyo ❗️ Akebono Sake Brewery's Akebono Sake Brewery Tenmei Nakadori Honsei Oorigarami I paired it with Aizu Yama-Shio Ramen Mildly salty soup to go with it The soup is a mildly salty soup that goes on and on and on 😍. The best nouveau sake 🍶 with a dry aftertaste from the juiciness of its youthfulness. The best nouveau sake 🍶. I love Aizu! The owner of the restaurant is so nice! Maybe a little apple🍎 in the back for sure. The menu says: "Gentle aroma reminiscent of apples and pears, the sweetness is clear and beautiful. Special Junmai🍶Akiagari🍁Ho no Kaori🌾Yume no Kaori🌾Omachi🌾. Moderate acidity. Pear-like aroma🍐. Spiciness is sharp. Can be enjoyed slowly and leisurely. It has a calm feeling. If it is called white grape, it is not without 🤔. It goes well with salt ramen! The menu says, "Three types of junmai sake pressed last year are aged for a year and blended together to create this one-year-aged Akiaagari.
