Naraman from Kitakata, which we tasted in Hiroshima and had a good impression of. I selected this sake because I wanted to drink a shwashy sake. After venting, I opened the bottle and poured it into a chirori, and the carbonation started to boil. The first sip had an alcoholic taste and aromas of tropical fruits such as banana and passion fruit. While the bitterness spreads with the stimulation of the carbonation, sweetness and sourness appear. When the nigori is mixed, the sweet aroma rises and the richness of the flavor increases. The aftertaste is refreshing, thanks in part to the carbonation.

3杯目は同じ喜多方のお酒。柔らかな甘さと旨味を感じる。郡山名産の鯉のなめろうと合わせる。キャベツ餅も旨かった🎵
福島の日本酒造りは最近力を入れているらしく、全国新酒品評会で金賞数V9を達成した後、今年3年ぶりに奪還したらしい。地方紙の号外写真が飾ってあって面白かった😂

最初から円やか。次に飲んだ時は、燗に向いているような、少しクセがあるような味が出た。でも最後は、ひやおろしらしい感じで締めてくれた。不思議だけど美味い👍

The aroma is slightly fruity, and although it is +2, it is not at all spicy. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink.
