At home. First Naraman. Fruity, sweet and fizzy. It has a slightly crisp feeling on the throat, and it goes down smoothly. It is easy to drink on a hot day and tastes great. I would like to see if there is a change in taste after the second day.

Sake made with Jyushiyo's Sake Mirai. The melon-flavored ginjo aroma has a refreshing difference that does not remind you of the 16% alcohol content, but leaves a strong taste afterwards.

This was the first Naraman I had heard about before. I was thinking that although the name was "Nara," it was a sake from Fukushima Prefecture, which was unimportant to me. The aroma has a rice aroma that is typical of sake, but the taste is clean and sweet, with a fizzy, cider-like or ramune-like impression. The aftertaste is not so strong, but light.
