The characters are reversed. Literally, backwards, Suiyu.
The first sip is firmly dry! It is mellow and has a good sharpness. The second sip has the aroma of rice and a hint of thickening.
It has the feel of the classic sake that we used to drink in the past, but with a rich flavor. Delicious! I drank the whole bottle by myself!

I bought it later at the store where I bought Hana Yuu. It is drier than Hanamup, but also delicious. The label is upside down because it is on the back.

This time, Kame-no-o Junmai Daiginjo!
I was crazy about the purple label that a friend of mine gave me a long time ago, and I've been wanting to try a lot of different kinds of Suitama.
Let's have it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. First of all, the aroma. It smells a little like dairy products.
In the mouth, there is a gentle sweetness, a sense of alcohol, and a complex flavor like a full-bodied, yet very beautiful mouthfeel.
The taste shifts to a medium level of bitterness, and it is delicious with just a hint of gorgeousness and umami.
Day 2
The soft and gentle mouthfeel gives way to a fluffy sweetness. The gorgeous aroma is blissful~.
The lingering aftertaste that shifts to bitterness is good!
Day 3
The mildest and most tender sensation I've ever had.
The gentle sweetness and bitterness stay in the mouth for a long time, and the salty, umami taste and indescribable aroma are also felt.
The first Suitama label in a long time was also a very good sake!
