I drank Hana Yuu the other day, so this time I went for Suiyu.
The aroma is mild and the mouthfeel is easy to enjoy. It has a moist flavor and pleasant bitterness. I prefer it to Hana Yuu, including the cost performance.

It has been a long time since I drank Suitama in its early days, and the impression that Suitama is really like a jewel has come back to me.
The subtle sweetness spreads, while the umami is hidden.
The delicate umami is Suitama. ☺️
I like Hana Yuu.
I don't buy Suiyu much.

As I was about to leave for the day, I walked past a store and was beckoned by the owner from inside😅.
I decided it was not a good idea to just walk by, so I went and had just one drink 😊.
And I chose Suiyu 😊.
It's unfiltered raw, fresh, gentle and delicious ☝️
It's delicious 😊.
So I drank quite a bit this time too 😆.
I think I drank a little too much 😅
First visit to a liquor store
Purchased at "Aiba Sake Shop" in Kiryu City for ¥1,967-.
We also had our first sake, "Suitama" Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama from Ryoseki Shuzo Co.
The aroma was pleasant as soon as the bottle was opened!
The taste was quite delicious, with a perfect combination of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
This time it was my selection.
I will keep it in mind as a candidate for a repeat, but I am also interested in another brand.
