But the blue one was a special junmai, so the junmai ginjo from Takku looks better 🙋!

The characters are reversed. Literally, backwards, Suiyu.
The first sip is firmly dry! It is mellow and has a good sharpness. The second sip has the aroma of rice and a hint of thickening.
It has the feel of the classic sake that we used to drink in the past, but with a rich flavor. Delicious! I drank the whole bottle by myself!
