It felt tangy and a little dry at first, then sweet and fruity in the mouth. A very tasty bottle! I will have it with oden today 🍢.

I found it at a liquor store in Noshiro.
I had never seen Suitama with a printed label.
The clerk told me that they had just received a new shipment.
I bought it because it was Yamadanishiki and I was sure it would be delicious.
The taste did not disappoint!
It is alcoholic but not unpleasant.
Ryoseki Shuzo is famous for Hana Yuu.
But recently, Suidama is becoming more and more famous and popular, and even if you want to drink it, it is often sold out😭.
The aroma is fruity, but less so than Hanayuup.
However, it has a mild fruity aroma and an elegant image 😌.
When you take a sip, it has a creamy richness, and rather than being sweet and delicious, it has the full flavor of rice.
But there is also a hint of sweetness and a refreshing acidity that flows through it 😊.
I thought it was a sake that the flavor would spread as it got closer to room temperature, but I couldn't wait and drank it all 😭.
