Aiya Festival 2024 Spring ⑥ Love of loyal love🥰 is love of Tochigi🥰🤗(©Nemuchi-san) Found this at a liquor store I went to with Mr. Yoohee after a corner shop at Mystery Cheezya. There were a lot of Chuaia in line 😁. Nakadori, Shizuku-shu, To-bin-oi.......all power words in a row.......we bought them! It has a sweetness that is typical of Aizan. When you swallow it, it seems to burst with gorgeousness. The umami is voluptuous. The aftertaste is short. I thought it was sweeter at room temperature.

Jay & Nobby, good evening 😃. It's kind of full of love and makes me feel happy 🥰Loved the blue label that doesn't look like Aisan 😆 Sometimes we should recharge our Tochigi love with loyal love 🥰.

The plan to achieve 1900 check-ins quietly without anyone noticing was a success 🤣. I'm a frequent poster, so I felt bad that I have to ask for a comment for every 100 check-ins, but I'd love to hear from you when you reach 2000 😁. I bought it with Hanamup. It seems they are the sake brewery that revived Omachi. I often come to the department store, but this is the first time I've had it. It has a yogurt-like aroma. The minerality and acidity are impressive. It has a strong umami flavor. I think it is a versatile sake that can be used cold or warmed, on its own or with food. To be honest, it's not exactly my favorite, but it's definitely a good sake. Deep flavor with nostalgia After a few days, it seems to have calmed down and become easier to drink than when it was freshly opened.

Hello kon2go 😀 I didn't recognize you for a moment, but you are Mr. Hissan, right? I'll just stick to sake until 2000 for now 😁.

Hi Pon-chan 😀 Thank you 😭It might be named Tricolor because it's a store mainly for western sake 🤔The store is big but the sake corner is small 😅.

Hi bouken 😃 When you are a legend with over 1000 check-ins, 100 is a tiny number 😁. Let's make the 2000 check-in anniversary a grand one ‼️.

This was the only store that listed it as in stock, so I went there. I heard that you have to be a member to buy HANA-UP.... I paid 300 yen for the membership fee and bought it 🙄. Naohiko Noguchi Laboratory and Butterfly Effect were also members only. Why? This is the first time I've had Hanayuup's raw sake. As the description says, they have changed the yeast. It has a mild but elegant aroma and sweetness. It is sweeter and tastier than the hi-ire sake we drank before. Maybe I like it better than the Omachi we drank the other day?

Good evening, bouken🌇. I heard that this is a limited release only for Yongo bottles made with Jungin yeast. I heard it is in this month's hanpukai sake, so I am waiting patiently 🙄.

Rigel, good evening 😀 I see they are changing the specs on the Yongo 😲. It was sweeter and better tasting than the hi-iri I had last year 😁.

Clear, with a slight yellowish tinge. Mellow aroma, reminiscent of cereals. The aroma is weak. The mouthfeel is smooth, but with a strong acidity. Sharp bitterness. A moderate aftertaste followed by a mild astringency. A refreshing sake.

I've been looking for this drink for a long time and finally bought it. I thought it was at a supermarket, but I found it at a liquor store that emphasizes local sake and wine. I searched for it and they seem to be doing a commercial for it. As expected of a major manufacturer. It's sweeter than I imagined. It feels like a lighter version of Kingfisher's Journey? Dessert drinks.

Dry but gorgeous and fruity. This is the first time I've ever seen a fresh brew from the south. The fire-roasted sake is sold at the supermarket, though. The rice is Dewa-Sanshu. I hear it used to be Matsuyama Mitsui.
