Sairai and Kazehajime were opened 🎉.
It's been a long time since we've had this 💕.
And this time it's freshly squeezed new sake 👌.
The label is also light purple and neat ✨.
Kazehajime means the beginning of a new chapter, and this is the first product released with the determination to make a new Sairai! It is a bottle filled with the brewer's wish for you to feel the evolved flavor of aroma, sweetness and acidity. ❣️
As a Sairai mom, I can't miss the beginning. ☝️

First, the aroma.
The aroma is gorgeous!
When you put it in your mouth, a rich sweetness spreads, and you can feel the rich umami of the rice.
In the second half, you can feel the acidity and it finishes gently.
No gassiness
No bitterness, pungency, or astringency
It has a very elegant taste.
It has a beautiful balance that is typical of Sairai, with a firm flavor and acidity and no cloying taste.
It is clean and neat, but has a solid axis.
It is a taste that is typical of Sairai 😋.
To be honest, I didn't feel like it has evolved 😅.
I thought the taste was similar to the standard 🩵 label💦.
Hmmm...maybe it's just me.
I'm sure it's delicious, but I couldn't tell what changed: 🙇♀️
I guess I'm disqualified from being a Ayai mama 😩.
