This sake has a very low rice polishing ratio of 80%. I thought it would have a lot of miscellaneous flavors and strong peculiarities, but it has a very clean taste. It's not too clean, but the core of umami is strong.

January 16, 2019 Evening drink at home. The first thing I opened this day was Tochigi Prefecture, Dai-ichi Sake Brewery's Flowering. I met it at the first liquor store I entered. I was caught by the word "centrifuged" in this sake so I bought it. When I put it in my mouth, the dense sweetness When I put it in my mouth, the dense sweetness comes with a bang. It is as sweet as the Takachiyo we drank at the end of 2018. It is as sweet as the Takachiyo we drank at the end of 2018. However The sake quality is quite clear and It is very easy to drink. As an aperitif as an aperitif, it was a correct answer to open first sake.
