Finally, summer vacation. We can listen to the cicadas. In summer, this delicious, sweet bomb gives us lots of energy. I want to drink it well chilled.
As the name suggests, it has a refreshing and clean taste perfect for summer. It also has a strong flavor that is typical of the turtle sea. It was delicious.
Light and comfortable to drink
Not quite sharp, but refreshing and easy to drink
Recommended for those who want to drink something on the dry side.
Goes well with Japanese food
I was in a daze and the liquor store near me sold out immediately, so I gave up.
The aroma was sour and slightly rummy.
When you take a sip, it tastes sour, sour, and delicious! Sour, tart, delicious! It has a pleasant sourness that is different from lemon. It is totally different from the image of spring sake as sweet and tasty with a nice sharpness.
It is refreshing and goes on and on in this hot weather.
Even after opening the bottle, the sweetness does not increase, and the acidity keeps the atmosphere of THE summer sake that can be drunk smoothly. Can you taste a little bit of muscat? In any case, drink it without thinking too much.
It was a perfect match with fried and soaked summer vegetables.
The day after I finished drinking it, I saw a cicada bomb in the street... It's been hot every day, but I felt relieved to know that it was already that time of year and that the bomb didn't explode...
Good evening, Kotaro!
It's a summer staple 🌻Semishigure! It's the best summer drink in the J&N family 🤗It's really good and next time I'll get it in a bottle 👍.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby!
It really tastes great for summer ✨No wonder it was appointed as the best of the summer in the J&N family 😆👍The four-pack is going to run out soon, so a bottle is a possibility ♫
Turtle sea is fruity. But it has a strong alcohol content like Urakasumi! But the alcohol level is very high like Urakasumi. It is more dry than the middle 🤔.
I wonder if I can say it's like a black micro-sugar 🤔.
YOMOYAMA NAGANO in Osaka
The Kame-no-Kai booth.
I've never had so many kinds of Kame no Kai.
Here, too, Aladdin was eager to learn, and we tasted some of his recommendations.
Kame no Kai Junmai Daiginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu Pink Label.
Aladdin's recommendation. Sweet and juicy, with a slightly bitter and refreshing aftertaste. Oh, this is certainly delicious!
Kame no Umi Yakuchi Junmai
It seems to be a standard sake. It has a rich umami flavor with a nice sharpness. It is also delicious.
Kame no Kai Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Sake
It is juicy, but has a sweeter and more refreshing taste than the others.
Kame no Kai Junmai Daiginjo Kinmon Nishiki
This sake is also juicy and refreshing. It has a bitter aftertaste that is typical of Kinmonnishiki.
It is so popular that all the bottles produced are sold out, but Yamazou didn't want to lose to it, so he went to the brewery to see it.
When I asked him why some of the labels had different fonts, he told me that the labels for local sake and those for local sake specialty stores were different.
I think it was a comment on a YouTuber's video that triggered my search. I looked around for a liquor store in Nagano and other prefectures, but couldn't find it. Just when I was about to give up, I came across a liquor store in Koshoku. The moment I found it, I was so excited. When I told him that I was looking for this one, he said that it was probably the last one in stock, and that it had a great citrus flavor.
I may be biased because of how I got it, but the mouthfeel is fresh and acidic. It has more punch than Koueikiku Sunburst (though I haven't had it this year). This swing to acidity is wonderful. I have concluded that this is this year's number one summer sake. Try it if you can.
Good evening madamarr 😃.
Cicadas! It's so good you'll want to chase it down 😊 we're pretty biased too 😅 definitely delicious 😍 can't help but drink it every year 🤗
This was my first drink of the year, and I hope that sake lovers everywhere will recognize it. This is the kind of sake that should be drunk every year as a fixed point of observation. I would like to continue the fixed-point observation from next year!
Satisfaction: ★★★★★
Sweet aroma upon opening the bottle.
In the mouth, it has a strong sweetness, and it finishes with a hint of sourness and bitterness, but the umami flavor remains on the tongue.
There is no sawdust smell.
It is delicious as a food sake and does not interfere with meals.
It has enough sweetness, but not too much.
It is exquisitely delicious.
It had been recommended on the Sake-no-wa app for a long time, but I could not find a bottle of No. 4 and missed out on buying it.
I had expected to like this sake because it is made from Miyamanishiki in Nagano Prefecture, but it tastes even better than I expected.
I would recommend it even to sake beginners.
It is very smooth on the palate and goes in very smoothly.
After that, you will feel the elegant aroma and it is very delicious. 🙆♂️
Thank you very much for the great sake.
