I have no special plans, so I decided to have a drink with her from noon onwards.
This time I'm drinking Kame no Umi by Tsuchiya Sake Brewery.
This time it's a pink label!
I got this sake at Komenohana on the way back from Miwa.
Let's have it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. It smells sweet and gorgeous.
The fruity, sweet, and gorgeous in the mouth.
The aroma through the nose and the fruity sweetness that spreads in the mid-palate are both great!
After the sweetness fades away, the bitterness gradually appears in the aftertaste.
Day 3
Today's wine is also sweet and fruity, with a slight spiciness that can be felt at the back of the throat.
The sweetness is very strong.
The lingering aftertaste is a gentle bitterness. The sweetness is also intertwined with the umami.
It's too blissful!
It was a bottle that really stuck out to my sweet tooth!

Summer Sake 🍶♪Aroma: Muscat? Fresh and fruity 🍇 sweet and tasty on the palate...with a good acidity like fruit in the aftertaste...it's excellent that it doesn't linger......perfect for a day like today when the temperature is over 34 degrees Celsius! The entrée was stixenol, yuzu tofu with tofu from Saitama's Tsugegawa, and salmon skin chips...I am once again reminded of the high quality of Nagano sake today...delicious!

The first summer sake I drank this year was Semishigure, the same as last year.
The acidity of this sake is refreshing and perfect for hot summer.
I know it would taste even better if I waited until evening on a ginormously hot summer day and drank it while watching the sunset, but I couldn't wait that long 🫠.
And by then, they'd probably be sold out.

Purchased at the local sake corner of Tsuruya in Saku, Nagano Prefecture. Sake from Saku is separated by breweries. Spectacular. Where is my favorite Tsuchiya Sake Brewery? There was. There was a bottle of Kame no Umi. I had to buy it. Although it is alky, it is soft to the taste. But you can feel a clear dry taste. It is easy to drink. Let's drink it in small quantities.

It is a summer sake from Kame no Umi. The picture of a cicada on the label is cute. Kame no Kai's regular sake lineup is simple and easy to understand.

The weather was so nice that I wondered where the rainy season had gone (too nice 💦), so I toured shrines, temples, and warehouses.
The first Kame no Umi was a summer sake called Semishigure.
Junmai Ginjo-shu made from Hitogokochi with a slightly low alcohol content of 13 degrees.
It has a refreshing lemon-like aroma with a crisp acidity and a full-bodied sweetness. ✨️
It goes in easily without any resistance...
This is the kind of sake that makes you drink too much of it!
