Drinking at home in the latter half of GW (3)
Here's the second installment of J&N's annual repeat drinking: ‼️ I can't contain my joy at being able to drink again this year 🤭The corners of my mouth are rising 🤭 "Cicada Shigure" 🤗.
As with Tasoore, I looked back at my thoughts on past J&N posts! Here it is!
2022: It's like a cider with less carbonation and more acidity 😋.
2023 - Good acidity with a moderate sweetness, delicious 😋.
2024 This is this! This acidity ‼️ Japanese style white wine😍
Not as onomatopoeic as 🍊tasoore🍊😆I feel like it's a perfect match for J&N's mitts as well as Yamamoto's split, which is in great shape👍
Now, I'm going to try it for the 4th time this year 😙.

The softly wafting fresh aroma 😌 opens up your nostrils and makes you smile naturally with just one sip☺️

And the entrée of the day was tempura of cod sprouts, yams and maitake mushrooms 😋I remember about 30 years ago 😅 when I was deep in the mountains of Gunma at my previous job, I picked wild cod sprouts that grew wild and ate them tempura in abundance 😌.

It is a sunny daytime drink. The last one from Hakurakusei Junmai Ginjo, Wakamusume Ruri Karakusa, was Semishigure. It seems designed to be sweet and sour, but the clean and natural taste leaves us with nothing but good feelings and surprise. It is made with Nagano yeast R and isoamyl type, which is understandable. There is no flashy ginjo aroma, and the coolness of the hints is not unpleasant, but the finish is pleasant.

My first turtle sea. Sweet and sour fruity aroma, like pineapple juice, plenty of sweetness, acidity, and flavor, with an aftertaste that disappears easily. It is easy to drink too much of it.
Another favorite sake has been added to my list.
