I had to stop by the liquor store in Yokohama Chinatown after I went to eat Chinese food for the food log story ✨.
The aroma is gorgeous, and personally, it smells like melon soda.
In the mouth, it has a light sweetness to a firm sourness that gives it a sweet and sour taste with a clean aftertaste. Great for quenching your thirst on a hot day 😄.
On the second day, the sweetness increases and it is also delicious with a good flavor 😁.

Refreshing and tasty.
The first sip of the aroma felt different from the usual fruity type. After that, muscat and melon.
Very easy to drink, and even though I haven't recovered from my cold yet, I can drink it without hesitation.

Following last week's check-in, a bottle of Nagano's most memorable sake 🍶.
It's no exaggeration to say that Kame no Umi Haruura and Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi got me hooked on the Nagano sake swamp 🌾.
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it was delicious 😋.
As soon as you drink it, you can taste the rich rice flavor and aroma! But it's not overpowering, it's juicy and very tasty 😋 It's like an explosion of flavor 💥.
I like sweet fruity sake, so Haru-urara is right up my alley 🎯.
I drink it every year, and every year I can't remember when it was this good! I've been drinking it every year and I can't remember the last time it was this good. ☺️
I can't miss this one in a year!

I would like to continue with the crisp cicadas ☀️, but the alcohol in our fridge is still in the spring pattern ☘️ and summer still seems a long way off 😌.
The aroma is 4mmp. like muscat and grape.

The yeast is malic acid, so the acidity is about 3, but it is pleasant because of its sharpness. The glucose content is high, so it is not flat even though it is a 13% pure sake. I wonder if it is fire-aged. It's like a white wine and this is one that will be gone soon. It was a good learning experience.

Our favorite liquor store recommended this special bottle, which is only distributed to three liquor stores in Japan.
I welcomed it for the first time this time because it is always available.
The aroma is mild and the taste is robust and dry,
The aroma is gentle and dry, but slowly the umami of the rice can be felt and is delicious.
It might be better if you let it sit for a while.
