This is the second bottle of Kame no Kai, but the first one is "Haruura" Junmai Ginjyo Usunigori Nama.
It was purchased at the Aiba Sake Shop in Kiryu City.
The crisp sweetness, slight acidity, and moderate gassiness were as good as expected. It is hard to find, so I don't know if I will be able to get it again, but I would like to get it again if possible.

I was on my way to Minami when I saw a review of this sake, and I wanted to drink it so bad that I screamed, so I brought it home from Komenohana!
Tsuchiya Sake Brewery's Kame no Umi!
This time it was Umakuchi Junmai!
The last junmai ginjo was also very good, so I was looking forward to bringing it home!
Let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. It has a fruity aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it is deliciously sweet and fruity!
What is this fruit? My wife and I wondered for a while,
It has a slightly complex flavor, a slight pungency, a bitter taste, and a slightly aromatic aftertaste.
It is delicious!
I kept saying "delicious" every time I drank it!
Well, the information from Sake-no-Wa this time was also correct, and we spent a blissful time drinking sake!
Day 2
Fruity aroma again today!
When you put it in your mouth, it has a fruity, delicious sweetness.
It has a smooth taste, yet it goes down smoothly.
The lingering spiciness that lingers in the back of the throat finishes it off nicely.
It is delicious tonight too!

I started getting turned down for a drink once every two times by the older guy I was accompanying, saying, "Not me today." I guess because he knew I was irritated and swearing on this day 🤣.
Well, today is Nagano again.
I'm alone, so I'm at my usual standing bar.

I walk in and look at the showcase and see a sea of turtles. My eyes were glued 👀They were leftover sake from the Tsuchiya Sake Brewery's event the other day.
"We have 6 kinds of sake, would you like to compare them? I was so happy to hear that. How could I refuse?
The first one on the left is recommended, and that's exactly what I did. The umaguchi junmai and the ultra-harsh junmai in the middle are the first. Umakuchi Umakuchi Umoooooo! What is this? I was so impressed.
So I had another glass later 😁.
The owner said he didn't want to talk to me because I was drinking it so deliciously. Thank you very much!
The swearing went away as we drank.
Well, after standing and drinking for almost 3 hours, I guess it will disappear 🫠.

This is also Nigorinpic⁈Kame no Kai, one of my favorite sake from Shinshu, which I think is especially delicious. The first Hosoyuki.
This one has a fresh, melon-like, pineapple aroma.
The sweetness is elegant, and if you have a high alcohol metabolism, you may not be able to stop.
