It was given to me by a member who travels with me. It has a nice flavor and sweetness that spreads slowly. This kind of softness is also good...I feel hiyaoroshi-ness.
The label says that the aroma will spread as the cold sake warms up, but it's great if you pour it into a glass and drink it sipping by sipping!
Good evening, Kosuke.
Since the most recent Kangiku was a sour sake, the sweetness seemed even more like a persimmon. In any case, it is a delicious sake 😄.
Mr. abc.
I see. Chrysanthemum was also on the rise, wasn't it? I see....Kanjiku was also on the rise.
It's just as you say, it's delicious 😋. 1.5H dried up the 4-gouken bottle.
I bought it at a store called FURUMAIYA in the station building when I visited Kawasaki. I was saddened to find out later that there was a draft sake available, and wished I could have had that one 😗.
However, that feeling was blown away when I drank this one 😁.
The freshness of the sake was just as fresh as the nama-shu. The sweetness and acidity are assertive, and there's plenty of schwarziness. Juicy and quite easy to drink ❗️
Last night's snacks were sashimi and leek ball.
I'm going to try grilled pork from Matsuno butcher store this evening 😆.
Hi ellie 😃
I haven't tasted this label but 🥲Kame no Umi no Semishigure is the most popular summer sake in our house 😙It's really easy to drink and delicious 👍.
Good evening Jay & Novi😄
I have tried several summer sakes and Semi Shigure is the ideal one for me! Summer sake tends to be lighter, but the mellowness is not compromised. Very tasty!
Turtle Sea Autumn Agari: ❗️
It has a mild aroma and sweetness.
A little strong acidity 😊.
It has a calm taste that is typical of autumn sake
It goes well with a variety of meals👍.
This Aki-agari is made with Hitogokochi.
Another autumn sake, Yuyake Koyake uses Yamadanishiki
Yamada Nishiki is used for the other autumn sake, Yuyake Koyake. ❗️
We have Yuhyake Koyake on standby.
We are looking forward to compare the two 😃.
The Tale of the Tortoise and the Dragonfly🍁]
A beautiful label with dragonflies on it, jackets ✌️
I had the impression that Kame no Umi was sweet and sour, but Hiyayoshi is rather dry, with a moderate sweetness and lightness that made it easy to drink for me 😁.
When opened, the sake has a slightly gaseous taste, with a characteristic acidity and sharp aftertaste.
A few days after opening the bottle, the flavor becomes a little more rounded and leveled 🆙.
The millet clam 🐚 sashimi was the best match 😋.
Saku, Nagano, Japan. Tsuchiya Brewery Co.
Kame no Kai Junmai Ginjo Namahashi-Tsukuri Hiyaoroshi.
The only sake shop I stopped by in Nagano Prefecture, I asked about Hiyoroshi on Obon, and was told that this shop sells it all year round.
So this is a hiyaoroshi from the previous year, about a year ago.
One of the 4-gou bottles (5/10) that I brought back from my trip.
I had it cold.
The color is clear and pale yellow.
The top aroma is mild and not very noticeable.
The mouthfeel is clear, smooth and smooth.
The hint of appleiness can be felt in the nose.
The taste has a pleasant umami that spreads gradually and a sweetness that seems to run alongside it.
I thought it would have a great sense of maturity due to the hiyaoroshi and sake shop aging, but it is well-balanced with a light umami and sweetness.
There is a sudden spiciness in the aftertaste that stimulates the tongue for a moment, followed by a lingering aftertaste.
It has a complex spread of various flavors, and it seems to have been aged in a complex way.
I really like Kame no Kai after all 😋.
Ingredients: Rice (from Saku City), Rice malt (from Saku City)
Rice used: 100% Yamae-Nishiki produced in Saku City
Polishing ratio: 59
Alcohol content: 16%.
Purchased from Iwai Kotobuki Shoten in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture.
As soon as the bottle is opened, the fruity aroma spreads at once. The rich flavor has a gentle sweetness with a slightly acidic aftertaste.
Standard Label Drinking Comparison
It is very dry and refreshing. It's totally different from "Umakuchi", so I think it's hard to choose which one you like best.
I would like to ask them which one they want to make. I think they are so different from each other.
