This is a bottle recommended by the owner of a bar I often go to in Nagano. I bought 4 bottles of Kame no Umi at the liquor store 💦 too good to drink, but I opened the bottle thinking I had to drink this one before it gets too cold. Even though I still have a bottle of yesterday's Gin Kame left. Luxury💫.
It's delicious.
It starts with a thick sweetness (the aroma is gorgeous), then the rice flavor comes in, and finally the acidity comes in and finishes with a clean taste in the mouth.
I drank it chilled, but as the temperature rises, the umami becomes richer and it is also delicious. The back of the bottle says to drink it that way 😁.

Kame no Kai Junmai Daiginjo Hi-ire.

I wanted to drink it on the Shinkansen on my way home from a trip to Nagano, so I bought it at Shinshu Kurado, a nice drinking spot at the train station 🍶.
It's a Daiginjo with a gorgeous sweetness that I enjoyed by itself as if it were dessert 🍮.
It was so easy to drink that I could finish it in spite of the short time I had on the bullet train 🚄✨.
The aroma is sweet and fruity, and the taste is sweet too! Hitogochochi is my personal favorite 😋 It's still delicious 🍤 I had it with tempura🍤 that my mother-in-law cooked for me... nothing to say about it! Delicious...
