Purchased at the local sake corner of Tsuruya in Saku, Nagano Prefecture. Sake from Saku is separated by breweries. Spectacular. Where is my favorite Tsuchiya Sake Brewery? There was. There was a bottle of Kame no Umi. I had to buy it. Although it is alky, it is soft to the taste. But you can feel a clear dry taste. It is easy to drink. Let's drink it in small quantities.

Aroma of melon-flavored candy, not melon. Moderate effervescence. Sourness. Slightly sweet. Lingering bitterness. Delicious. Low alcohol. Just the right lightness as it is very hot these days. Purchased at a liquor store in Matsumoto. A sake brewery in Nakagomi, Saku City. It is a summer sake from Kame no Umi. The picture of a cicada on the label is cute. Kame no Kai's regular sake lineup is simple and easy to understand.

Saku Sightseeing Part 1 The weather was so nice that I wondered where the rainy season had gone (too nice 💦), so I toured shrines, temples, and warehouses. The first Kame no Umi was a summer sake called Semishigure. Junmai Ginjo-shu made from Hitogokochi with a slightly low alcohol content of 13 degrees. It has a refreshing lemon-like aroma with a crisp acidity and a full-bodied sweetness. ✨️ It goes in easily without any resistance... This is the kind of sake that makes you drink too much of it!

So this week we had Tsuchiya Sake Brewery's Kame no Umi! This time it was "Semishigure"! After two years of waiting, I finally got this sake, and I'm really looking forward to it! Let's enjoy it right away! The first day First, the aroma. It smells fresh and a little like a lactic acid drink. When you put it in your mouth, the sourness comes quickly, and you can feel the richness of the taste with a hint of bitterness like the rind of a fruit. The sweetness is also refreshing, not too strong, and perfectly balanced. It refreshes the palate at once. The lingering aftertaste is gentle bitterness, citrus and saltiness. This is a wonderful refreshing sake! The second day The acidity has become stronger and more fruity. It also has a complex taste and is very refreshing. It is well-balanced and delicious with a meal.
