It seems like there's almost no aroma 🤔In the mouth it's slightly effervescent with a gentle sweetness and a beautiful acidity 😊Then a mild umami and bitterness that seems to disappear forever 😚This is a delicious spring-like sake 🥳.

|-'-)❣🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had another sake from Nagano Prefecture, Kame no Umi🐢🌊 😀 The aroma is a rather gorgeous ginjo aroma 😚 with a solid umami and acidity 🥰 the sweet and umami acidity is well balanced and disappears with a bitter taste 😊 it is a delicious sake with enough presence on its own 🥳.

This is Kame no Kai, the winner of this year's summer sake category in my opinion. It has a different flavor from Semi Shigure, which is all about the suppa, or rather, I thought it was all about the umami (flavor). I thought it was a bit different from Semi Shigure, which is all-out on the flavor side (although, like Semi Shigure, it is delicately balanced). It's a balance breaker, but it's balanced, which is a contradiction. I don't drink much heated sake, but I thought it would be good lukewarm as well. (It's about to explode with umami...).

This year again this drink ❗️ Aroma pretty fruity❗️ The flavor is rich due to the aging process 😊. There is a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste❗️ The sweetness is strong at the moment of drinking but the rest of the time it gives the impression of being quite dry. ‼️ It has a strong umami flavor, so it goes well with autumn foods. Real time posting stopped so quickly. 😅 The first Turtle Sea in a long time was opened at the Mahjong club activity.... The sweet and tasty sizzle is still alive and well and we can't stop drinking 😋😋. Every time I drink it, I can't stop talking to myself "It's so good" 😆👍. Kame no Kai Junmai Ginjo Hiyakimotoshizukuri Modernize Terroir Saku-Kiyokawa 720ml 100% Yamae-Nishiki produced in Saku City Rice polishing ratio: 59 Alcohol content: 16%. This is not merely fruity, but from the moment it enters the mouth, it has a complex interplay of acidity and sweetness. And the softness increases as it returns to room temperature. I opened a bottle of Kame-no-Kai, three kinds of autumn sake each day and enjoyed the three different tastes. ✌️ We are also looking forward to the winter sake.

We received a bottle of Kame no Kai Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Yellow Label. The standing aroma is a very gorgeous ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness. The aroma is fruity and pineapple-like. In the mouth, the dark, sweet flavor pushes in quickly, with astringent bitterness at the end and a lingering aftertaste that finishes with a zing. This is delicious! It is truly juicy and sweet! But there are no corners to the umami sweetness, and it is very mild. This was my first yellow label and I'm glad I got a bottle 😊. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes sweet and juicy 😊.

Kame no Kai Yuyake Koyake Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki 720ml 100% Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 59 Alcohol content: 16%. I am not sure of the details, but it was aged fresh and then enclosed in ice. It is good to enjoy the change in the process of returning to room temperature from the cold state of sake with sweetness and umami on top 😃. It's just a matter of taste, but it tastes completely different from Hitogokochi's Aki-agari!

It's been a long time since I've had a turtle 🐢🌊 sea 🐢🌊. I was able to buy it for the first time in about a year. And this is the first time for this fall sake. I went to the store and found two kinds of Kame no Umi. I bought both because they had two types of Kame no Umi and I had never had it before 🙌. The rice used for this sake is Sanke Nishiki. It's a sake made from the same rice, so the umami is very rich from the start. The sweetness is strong and tasty 😋. The sweetness is strongly felt and delicious 😋. As the days go by, This sweetness will calm down, It is also delicious. I was able to enjoy the taste of Sankei-Nishiki. Purchase price ¥1980（720ml)

KAME NO KAI AKIAGARI Junmai Ginjo 720ml Ingredients Hitogokochi (Nagano Prefecture) Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 15%. Kame no Kai, hiyaoroshi trilogy? First, Hitogochi Junmai Ginjo. It is quite dry compared to Kangiku. I felt it was quite clear last year as well, so I'll open a second bottle of Yuyake Koyake today. I also stocked up on oden🍢 in the morning😄

After two years, Kame no Kai Yuhyake Koyake! I had a bottle of Kame no Kai Yuyake Koyake Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki. The nose has a gorgeous muscat-like ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the sweetness and umami fill the mouth, but the astringency starts to show in the middle part, and the taste changes to a dry one in the last part, and it finishes cleanly. It is delicious! For a moment I thought it was a sweet wine, but at the end it was dry, and I could enjoy the change like the autumn sky 👍.
