Very easy to drink, sweet and slightly fruity, but with a sharp aftertaste😍.
It says on the back that it tastes skeletal and I agree. 😂
It was crazy delicious 🍶💐.
At the usual BAR (2)
The aroma and flavor are both apple-like 🍎.
The impact comes with a bang at first, followed by a lingering taste that lingers slowly and gradually.
It was a delicious sake, refreshing, not heavy, fruity and easy to drink 🍶.
At @sapporo shigi38
The manager is standing in the kitchen, leading the kitchen and cooking.
He looks so busy!
He quickly offered me this plate.
If you like, you can have these oysters with seasoning.
Thank you!
I love oysters💕!
I told him that I would be moving to Sapporo in the fall.
I promised to come back again!
The sake was Kame no Umi, which we missed the last time we were in Hakodate!
This is only the 4th time!
Of course it was my first time to drink Umakuchi Junmai!
Very beautiful and fruity for a junmai sake!
My younger brother seems to like dry sake, which is a little different from my taste, but there were quite a few dry sakes on the day, so he seemed to enjoy it!
extensive knowledge
Rice used: Hitogokochi from Nagano
Rice polishing ratio: 59

I purchased this sake at a brewery in Saku City where I stopped during my trip to Nagano last month. After tasting a variety of sakes, I bought this one because it was a limited edition sake from the brewery. The other day I tasted their Kame no Umi Semi Shigure, which was delicious, and this sake was fruity and tasty as well. 2,750 yen
Local fireworks show today 🎇.
Work is half day 😅 to avoid traffic jams.
So I'm having a sunset glow in the evening 🌇😋.
I imagined it would be quite sweet, but it's not.
It's a very matured and delicious taste!
We watched the fireworks from the parking lot of the supermarket next door for a bit, and then went home to listen to the sound while enjoying the evening glow 😋.
Good evening, Mr. Bousuke 🦉It's autumn, Kamo kinshu and all 🍁😊The fireworks are golden and very beautiful ✨.
I see you still have rain frogs 😆💕My cow frogs are gone 😂.
Good evening, Ponchan 🌙
It's autumn all at once 🍂and drinking 🍂.
I'm almost home enough to watch the fireworks from home because I want to avoid the crowds 🍂.
Sometimes the frogs don't come back for a day or two, but they still stay 😁.
I was curious about this label, so I finally brought it to you. I will drink it for the first time.
I heard that this Kame no Umi is aged in ice temperature over the summer and then fired before shipping.
The rice used is 100% Yamadanishiki.
Polishing ratio is 59%.
Alcohol level is 16
Sake meter is -1.8, slightly sweet.
It is kept in an ice-enclosure and heated once before shipping.
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is sweet and mellow, like ripe melon or muscat, mild and mellow, with a good balance of acidity and maturity as well as sweetness.
When poured into a sake cup, it has a clear, pale golden color. The viscosity is not too light, and there is a light thickening to the extent that a thin film remains on the main body.
When you take a sip, a soft sweetness is the first sensation. Juicy fruitiness, like ripe melon or muscat. In the mouth, there is a strong sense of acidity. Not only is there a strong sweetness, but the acidity gives the taste a depth and three-dimensionality. It has a full-bodied taste, with a full-bodied flavor and richness derived from rice. The aftertaste is clean and crisp with the acidity tightening it up. The sweetness is not sticky, and the mature aroma and flavor linger in the aftertaste. It is composed of the umami of ripe fruit and acidity with the umami of rice and a calm aftertaste.
Kame no Kai Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu.
It has a mild but pleasant capsule-like aroma.
When you drink it, it has a smooth, gentle and pleasant acidity and umami.
The elegant sweetness that accompanies it gives you a sense of elegance.
From the mid-palate, the taste is well-balanced with acidity at the center, and a lingering astringent aftertaste is felt throughout.
I thought it was a bottle filled with a truly harmonious taste.
