Light and fruity. I thought it might float with apple🍎 horse meat, but the dry aftertaste made it okay. A little bit of grefluent bitterness when paired with the thigh meat.
The selection of sake at convenience stores in Nagano is unbelievable 😅I can't help but laugh.

The fourth drink at "Iyokuya Yoiton" in Mizonokuchi.
Since I am familiar with Nagano sake, all four glasses were made with Nagano sake.
It is an unfiltered, raw sake with an alcohol content of 17% and is a great drink.
