The taste is very clear and refreshing but less fruity aroma.

This is fruity and aromatic.
The alcoholic degree is 15. so it's not strong.
It's the best before the meal or during the meal.

I finally got this sake because it's very hard to get.
As I opened the bottle, I could sense the rich aroma. And I tasted it, I could sense the sweetness and fruity sense.

When I contacted this sake, I was surprised with it's smooth taste. In addition to it, I could feel a little sparkling like Kazenomori. This is not very alcoholic at 13 degrees, it should be good with meat or spicy food. I'm surprised that Kumamoto has such a good quality sake!

It's not annoying, rater fresh and smells like melon or banana. I think it's best with Japanese dishes.

This is Suzumizake, cool sake for summer time.
As I trid this, I felt refreshing taste like Natsuzake.
Aroma is very rich and tastes fruity, but it doesn't annoyingly last because of No.7 yeast, I guess.
It's very good with Japanese dishes and seafood like sashimi.

As soon as I try this, I found it surprised that a very fruity aroma comes in my mouth and nose.
It's unfiltered and raw sake, so it's difficult to store it, but this aroma and fruity taste will be longer if you successfully store it.

I had not known the other brewery's sake produced by Bodaimoto until I try this.
It tastes as fruity as Mimurosugi's one. This uses the Omachi which is not ranked because of the failure. However, it definitely is so good.

This is produced by Yamahai method.
The aroma is fruity like banana or melon, and as I tried this, I found it is very smooth. So, I think Japanese cuisine is the best partner with this sake.

This is my first Kyoto sake.
The No.1 yeast is used for this sake and I felt full-bodied and dry as I tried this.
But these taste is not annoying, rather than it may match with seafood or spicy food.

The water for brewing this is soft water from Oi river, so the taste is similar to sake in Tohoku area. This is my first Shizuoka's sake.

It's fruity and tasty. The most attractive point of this sake is the surprisingly low alcohol degree: 13 degrees. Therefore, I couldn't sense the acidity unique to Japanese sake. This sake is very good for beginners and professionals.
