Narasake saru
This is really limited edition for restaurants or trusted liquor shops. This is full-bodied and less fruity, though this reminds you of the traditional sake. Although the fruity and sweet sake is a trend now, this is really unique. However, you should prepare side dishes for this bottle.

This is a seasonal sake, usunogori (cloudy sake). I'm a big fan of this brewery and always amazed by its very fragrant and fruity sake. This is also very fragrant and fruity. As for the representative brewery in Ueda City, you might think of Shinshu Kirei. But, Yamasan is as good as it and no wonder this represents Ueda's sake or Nagano's sake.

This is one of the bottles I've wanted to get. I finally got this and I tried it soon. This is really nice and full-bodied and slightly sensed like chestnuts because its brewing method; Kimoto. So, this has umami which comes from the brewing method. I really like it.

Happy Setsubun Day! This bottle is specially brewed to suit with sushi. The taste is fruity but I feel slightly sharp after going through my throat. I don't know if I can get this bottle next time, so I will enjoy it fully.

This is brewed by Sugihara Shuzo, the same brewery for Ibi. Most of people would want to get Ibi, however this bottle is comparable with it. It's a cloudy sake and rich fruity like apples, which makes me want more cups. Really great sake 🍶

I was really happy to get this bottle because I'd heard that it's very popular and rare to get. Anyway, it's tasty and aromatic when I tried this. In addition to that, I could taste slight sharp and dry. Some liquor shops recommend room temperature and Nurukan in addition to Hiya to enjoy this bottle. That's convincing..

Yamaguch's sake reminded me of Kinsuzume, Dassai, and Gangi until I tried this bottle. I just assured that Wakamusume also reprents Yamaguch Prefecture's sake. This bottle tastes smooth and is the best for meal. The quality of sake is as great as mentioned sake brands.

This is a new brewery in Niigata, its master has a experience of training his brewing skill in Abe Brewery. This is 100 percent Koji sake, which is a different category from Seishyu because of alcoholic tax, but truly a kind of sake. So I tried this and was amazed its yogurt-like flavor and smooth taste. I want to support this brewery and look forward to its next sake.

This is a newcomer in Nagano and I was very interested in the quality of this sake. When I tried this, this is amazingly tasty, aromatic and fruity. I really love this and this bottle made me acknowledge that water is the key for brewing sake.

This bottle is limited version which reproduces the label during Edo period. It's not alcoholic:13 degrees, instead fully fruity and aromatic like apple juice. This is brewed in Kimoto, a traditional brewing method, so tastes so deep.

Narasake saru
This is collaboration between Tanaka Rokujyugo and Senkin. This collaboration sounds like being done regularly, but this is my first to taste. The aroma like muscat so tastes fruity. It's so smooth so it should be suitable to enjoy during meal.
