A sparkling nigori from an up-and-coming brewery in my hometown, Fukui. It looked like it was about to blow up, so I turned the screw with trepidation, but the bottle opened quickly. Oh, no. The aroma is of gentle rice. A very natural aroma. The gasiness is not a bit gassy, but it is strong. It also has a gentle sweetness and a crisp acidity. I wonder if this is what refinement is all about. It finishes gently and smoothly, while retaining a refreshing acidity. I have not had many Fukui sake because I have a strong image of classical sake, but Tsuneyama is modern and transcends the concept of dry sake. It is modern and goes beyond the concept of dry sake. I will continue to follow it!

I received this at Wadaya's distribution Tropical Shuwa Rice Juice 🌾. The juice has a sweet and tasty flavor, The juice has a juicy tropical fruit-like aroma, Fresh and juicy 🍹. Delicious by itself, happy by itself 🥹. I kept drinking it without mixing the oli, and it was the last one. The last one cup of rice wine was a bit too much ori, but the lactic acidity added a different taste. I was able to enjoy a different kind of rice calpis soda with the addition of lactic acidity. I was able to enjoy it 🫶. That's great, Chrysanthemum 😭💓

Our hometown, Fukui's Tsuneyama. It is our first time to meet you. The aroma is a modest pineapple. A little gassy. Not much sweetness, but a crisp acidity. As rumored, it is sharp and dry, but the acidity is nice. After the acidity, the bitterness comes through with a sharp finish. It has a short aftertaste. I don't usually drink dry sake, so it was quite refreshing. It's delicious and easy to drink, so you'll be drinking it with gusto...

It's been a long time since I've been in the Wind Forest. 6 yeast, so I'm looking forward to it. When you drink it, a nice aroma goes through your nose. Muscat and citrusy aroma. The gasiness is not too strong. Surprisingly, the sweetness is moderate. The acidity is nice and strong. This is delicious. The pleasant acidity lingers in the aftertaste while a slight bitterness is added. As expected of Kaze no Mori. I think it tastes better than last year's No. 6. I don't remember much, but I'm laughing.

When Kamonishiki-san makes Daiginjo with Omachi It's such a good sake... 🥹. A jam-packed jam of "ummah" from the very first sip 😭 Powerful sweetness, umami and soft fruitiness 🍐. Gorgeous aroma of OMACHI 🌾Daiginjo but not too sweet. Although it is a daiginjo, the aftertaste is not cloyingly sweet, but cuts through easily and can be enjoyed with a meal. It can be enjoyed with a meal 🍣. I enjoyed it with salad 🥗. Of course, you can also drink it on its own. It is a high quality rice juice, so in our house I finished it in a few days 😂. I've enjoyed all of the packaged liquors but this one was something else. but this one was also exceptional💘
