At Kanazawa Station Yamahai Omachi, sweet and delicious, easy to drink but not in large quantities Yamahai Miyamanishiki It is sweet, but has a crisp citrus taste and does not linger. Yamahai Gohyaku Mangoku The sweetest. It is good, but heavy.

Delicious. The first cup I opened felt a little rough and bitter. It only took a few hours after opening the bottle for the taste to change to something completely different. This sweetness is quite delicious with the original taste of rice at 80% milling ratio. This taste for 1,500 yen is a revolution.
