Gutsy sake-like sake after a long time.
I've been drinking a lot of fruity sake lately, so I tend to drink it in a wine glass, but I like to drink dry food sake like this in a sake cup.

The easiest to drink of the three (and not likely to be to everyone's liking).

It is a little dry in terms of alcohol content, but the sweetness of junmai sake made it not feel that dry!

Just in time to drink both the rest of the bottle and the freshly opened one!
The freshly opened bottle was like a fruity white wine due to its characteristic slight carbonation, while the rest of the bottle was much more relaxed and easy to drink!

The impression is sweeter than other Harushika wines.

Not much of a ginjo aroma for a junmai ginjo, but a strong sake flavor.
It is sweet and full-bodied, but with a freshly-opened, slightly carbonated taste, and it is not heavy, but rather it is softly wafted through the nose.
It's a bit different from my taste as I like sake with a strong fruity flavor, but it's probably the best sake I've had so far for enjoying as a food sake.
