Suddenly, the bottle is opened.
Moderate gassiness
Fruity and sweet with a slight top note
Fruity aroma like plums, full sweetness, and rice flavor spreads, and it finishes quickly with a hint of acidity and bitterness.
It is sweet, but the bitterness harmonizes the sweetness, giving it a soft impression, and it can be served as a mid-meal drink or on its own.
It went well with seared seasoned Genghis Khan, egg omelet, grilled hiratake mushrooms with ponzu sauce, and tofu and lettuce salad.
The cherry bonsai is now completely leafed out, but it looks like it could make cherries!
