Clear and colorless. Sweet and savory aroma reminiscent of caramel syrup. The intensity of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is smooth, but a strong astringent taste persists. The aroma is reminiscent of diluted golden sugar. It has a long aftertaste that leaves an astringent taste clinging to the palate. A mellow sake.

The one I bought because the liquor store I went into didn't have what I was looking for. The clear, transparent sake quality and sharpness are impressive. It has a clear, yet robust umami flavor. I thought it would be a little more fruity and sweet, but it wasn't... I think it's not very floral for 1801 yeast. There's a slight sweetness, not fruity sweetness, but more like coarse or sugary sweetness. It smells better and sweeter when left in the fridge for a bit rather than fresh out of the fridge.

It is said to be an irregular sake. The toji-san overfilled it with 4-stage rice or something😅. The "Raku" on the label represents the over-filled rice, and the blue color represents the pale face of the toji-san. Gutsy, but quite sweet and sour. It is much sweeter than other Raku no sei I've had, but I also feel its character. The rice is from the terraced rice fields of Hida. I can't seem to name the rice, but I wonder if it is Hidahomare or some other rice that is only available in Gifu. I heard that if you mention the name of the rice, you will get complaints like Kamerei did in Hiroshima, but if you don't mention the name, it's OK.

I went to buy Yui no Kou at the store that had all kinds of NEWBORN last year, only Yui no Kou was sold out😭. I was looking for something else. I found Sagaminada! I knew they had it, but this was the first time I saw it in the store, so I bought it without hesitation. I was interested in it last year, but I didn't buy it. Slightly gassy and moderately sweet and tasty. Fresh and fruity. A little bitterness, but not too much, and not too subdued.

Mr. World in Hankyu Tsukaguchi. I buy Akabu here. Other than Akabu, Bon, and Romain, I think most of the sake is the type recommended for aging or heating sake. The others are Sairyu, Etsukaijin, Amanoto, Wataya, Okutanba, Kamerei, Raku no Se, Tenju, Chochin, Gichiki, Gojin Musume, Yukichubai, Kushira, Sagaminada, Sogen, Teisho, etc. Bon has original products as well. Gikyo, Bon, and Akabu have many high-priced products, but the neighborhood is relatively high-end residential area, so they must sell well due to their location. They also carry Tasake and Kaze no Mori, but they only carry certain products, so I'm wondering if they have a particular policy or a particular obsession. Incidentally, they are a former distributor of Jyushiyo and carry many premier shochu. I went there because I wanted to buy Akabu NEW BORN F, but they didn't have it, only Junmai. I bought a bottle of Akabu Hiyoroshi and thought of something else, so I bought this one. I was attracted by the rice called "Yumematsuri". Nutty aroma. In the mouth, pineapple and tropical fruit-like sweetness from the cemedine. The second half is tingling and ends with bitterness. Raku no sei is always unique and not exactly my favorite, but it is a strange sake that I sometimes want to drink.

Hi Ponchan! The official website of the store says that the store is a bitter critic of the brewery and often parted company with the brewery 😅...

Good evening, bouken-san! I think it is a habit of the former Jyushiyo's special agent store. I have been there often, but is it in the neighborhood of your house?

Compared to Sake Mirai, it has less gas and less sweetness. The impression is of a firm sweet-umami flavor that ends with bitterness in the second half. The remainder is Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Yunokami... red turnip pure silver Aaaiyamama🎵 red turnip pure silver Aiyama🎵 The sweetness was very luxurious. I don't know 🙄

I couldn't drink alcohol for a few days due to adverse reactions to the vaccine 💉💉💉3rd vaccination 😂. I gave up on being able to buy it, but two weeks ago I was able to buy it at a local liquor store. I mean, they have everything NEW BORN🤣. I guess some liquor stores don't do social networking 🤔. By the way, today after work, I went to buy some sake for a guy at work who is retiring, and he still had some sake future left. There was Aizan, so I bought it and left 😁Next time, Omachi or Yamada? Strong gas feeling when opening the bottle. It is too sweet and juicy and delicious, but according to the Internet, the sweetness increases after a few days, so I'll drink it little by little.

This is Yukinakubai's only namaishu. It has a rather strong semedyne aroma. When you drink it, it is clean and has a slight fruitiness. The description "light sweet" is perfect. I wrote "refreshing", but it also has a firm feeling. The price is in the low 2000's, but I have my doubts. It doesn't say, but it is a freshly squeezed, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made with Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku.

A local brand of Tasake. I don't know why the local liquor store had it. Even though they don't sell Denshu. That's what you'd expect from a former exclusive distributor of Jyushiro. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. When you drink it, the taste is clear and fruity. Just after you put it in your mouth, the spiciness comes at once and then slowly disappears. I didn't think it had 300ml. I'm glad there are 300ml 😸

It's a brewery in Okutanba, but you don't see it often. I've known its name since I was a child, because I found it in a nearby tavern. It's very mild and good for sipping. The sweet, spicy, umami, and acid all seemed to be understated and playing a supporting role.

It's described as a Junmai-Ginjo, but they blended three different types of sake from different brewing years: 30%, 40%, and 50%. It's a very luxurious sake. Furthermore, it's made with Yamada-Nishiki, which is a special A district brewer. It starts off with a hint of sweetness and then the rice flavor hits you. The freshness and the richness of the residue. And the creaminess. This is delicious.
