bouken
A local brand of Tasake.
I don't know why the local liquor store had it. Even though they don't sell Denshu. That's what you'd expect from a former exclusive distributor of Jyushiro.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. When you drink it, the taste is clear and fruity. Just after you put it in your mouth, the spiciness comes at once and then slowly disappears. I didn't think it had 300ml.
I'm glad there are 300ml 😸
