bouken
It's described as a Junmai-Ginjo, but they blended three different types of sake from different brewing years: 30%, 40%, and 50%. It's a very luxurious sake. Furthermore, it's made with Yamada-Nishiki, which is a special A district brewer. It starts off with a hint of sweetness and then the rice flavor hits you. The freshness and the richness of the residue. And the creaminess. This is delicious.

I bought this one and they have a huge selection of Gokyo and Bonko, but they put a lot of emphasis on aged sake, including Gokyo, Chouchin and Hokushika. They also have some Showa liquor, but you'll be surprised at the price!
