Sake Bar Liberation Area (3) The third sake was Kure City's Houken Aki-agari. This is delicious! Clean, dry and fruity! It is light and has a delicious flavor with a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. Too bad we didn't have enough time to visit Kure and see the submarines and eat cold noodles 😭. But at least I drank some local sake 🤣🤣. I always like to visit liquor stores when I travel😍. Jizake Takeda seems to have 2-3 stores in Okayama area! What impressed me the most was the smell of roasted coffee beans that wafted through the air the moment I entered the Kurashiki store! Sake and coffee combination! Very novel 😄. Nearby is a sake shop called Sake Kobo Aoe, which is also very special! The beautiful proprietress wears a kimono every day! There is a walk-in prefabricated refrigerator inside the store. The snacks were octopus carpaccio with sansho and fried squid with butter Liberation-ku, both food and sake are good 😋. The last picture is a monument of the starting point of Izumo Taisha Road that I found while walking in Onomichi city Silver produced at the Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine in Shimane Prefecture, registered as a World Heritage Site, was transported to Onomichi via the "Izumo Highway" and from Onomichi to Osaka by ship!

At Sake Bar Liberation Area I started to write "Hayabane" 😁. Interesting that it is a fast brewing sake with no added yeast! Aroma: Slight lactic acidity Gentle sweetness and pleasant acidity Refreshingly smooth and umami! Slightly reminiscent of wine, easy to drink In Okayama, we drank not only sake, but also many of our favorite craft beers 😍😍! I guess the next day after getting drunk, I'll have ramen in the morning 😅😅. I went to a ramen shop called "Ramen Oniboshi" that I had been following on SNS for a long time! The restaurant opens at 6am! A restaurant near the west exit of Okayama Station specializing in niboshi ramen🍜. The cemented dried soup is exquisite! Although the soup is moderately thick, there is no bitterness or odor, and unlike its appearance, it has a refreshing taste 🤤. It was astonishingly delicious 😮. After returning to Taiwan I often think about having it again 😢😢

Hot sake! Being an amateur at heating sake, I went with the restaurant's recommendation. I chose this one because I wanted something refreshing and not too spicy. The label says it's dry, which is what connoisseurs like, but I felt it was less spicy when hot. But I felt the spiciness was not as strong as I would have liked. The aroma was like steamed rice, and the attack was warm and mellow. It was tingling and spicy in the mouth, but finished nicely. Served with miso soup made from ara dashi broth. It warmed me up.
