At Sake Bar Liberation Area
I started to write "Hayabane" 😁.
Interesting that it is a fast brewing sake with no added yeast!
Aroma: Slight lactic acidity
Gentle sweetness and pleasant acidity
Refreshingly smooth and umami!
Slightly reminiscent of wine, easy to drink
In Okayama, we drank not only sake, but also many of our favorite craft beers 😍😍!
