Hot sake!
Being an amateur at heating sake, I went with the restaurant's recommendation.
I chose this one because I wanted something refreshing and not too spicy.
The label says it's dry, which is what connoisseurs like, but I felt it was less spicy when hot.
But I felt the spiciness was not as strong as I would have liked.
The aroma was like steamed rice, and the attack was warm and mellow.
It was tingling and spicy in the mouth, but finished nicely.
Served with miso soup made from ara dashi broth. It warmed me up.
