Purchased at Ya-Ya
It tastes fresh and sweet first, then spicy. It has a strong, powerful taste. I think I like it better than the Junmai type I have had in the past.
It's quite spicy when you drink it again😅.
I saw it at Ya-Ya and bought it because I had never had it before.
It's sweet and easy to drink for its strength, but it tastes strange, like an off-flavor...
It tastes like herbs and medicinal herbs.
Jun Dai and Ginjo were good 🤔.
Purchased at Maya.
The price tag said "unfiltered".
It may indeed be unfiltered 🤔.
This is the first time to drink Taiheizan at home. It tastes a little bit gassy and has a strong freshness that is typical of nama-zake. It is sweet but has a complex taste with bitterness, spiciness, and astringency like green or grass. It also has some acidity.
I wasn't expecting much, but it's delicious.
The rice polishing ratio of 59% makes it sound like a sake from Nagano, Japan.
On the third day after opening the bottle, the astringency increased and it became a little harder to drink, but I felt a cherry-like flavor that was not there on the first day.
Good evening, bouken😄.
Kodama brew has a complex flavor, including bitterness and astringency 😆.
It's a bit of a picky eater, but it's one of my favorites too 😁.
I bought it after I heard from Mr. Uma Uma Uma that it looks like strawberry. 2200 yen is a price I hesitate to buy it in Yamaya😅.
It has a gassy taste. It has a strawberry-like flavor as rumored 🍓. Sweet and juicy and very tasty.
A little alcoholic in the second half. I think so.
I think it would be better to drink it a little gentler in terms of taste.
I think Snowy Matsushima should be appreciated more 🤔.
I think some stores are already sold out, but you can get it at Yamaya and drink it 😊.
It has a fresher taste than ordinary funa-guchi. It is sweeter than expected and has a strong umami flavor, which I like. I like this one better than the standard Honjozo because it is more gorgeous and sweeter.
I would like to try the aged and smoked versions.
I think it is one of the best sake that can be easily purchased at chain liquor stores and supermarkets.
Good evening, Mr. Sakeran 😃 thank you every time 🙋.
I think the rice polishing ratio is different and it's completely different from regular Funaguchi 🤔I wish they would sell it all the time instead of just limited edition 🥺.
WOM Good evening 😀This is the first time you commented 😊It depends on the store, but I think they have it when you go to Yamaya 😁.
I wasn't expecting that much, but it was soooo good!
Good evening, bouken!
I've been wanting to drink this for a long time, but I haven't been able to because I haven't been to a store that sells it 😅Yamaya, more and more things I need to go 🤣.
Good evening, Ponchan 😃.
I'm sure you can find it in Yamaya, but I wonder if there is an Aeon with a big liquor department or something. 🤔I hope they have it in Shiga because there are a lot of Ricamans there...
It is quite thick and honey-like sweet. From there it is flat and disappears with an astringent taste. Fruity and sweet, but with a unique taste. The aroma on the nose is very ethyl caproate.
Maybe it's bad that I bought one that was 5 months old at Yamaya, but it's showing a bit of aging. I don't think this type of sake is suitable for an aged taste.
I have never had a good match with Fukuju, but I think this sake would probably be fine if drunk in fresh conditions.
It's gassy, schmoozy, sweet, and delicious. Slightly dry.
The label is pure white, but when you shine a light on it, a beautiful illustration appears.
It doesn't say it, but if you do a search, you'll find it's unfiltered.
I bought it at Yamaya because a liquor store I follow on Instagram recommended it as delicious, even though we don't carry it.
It seems to be the first sake produced by a young toji. It seems to have a different quality than the previous Yuki no Matsushima.
It's reasonably priced at around 1400 yen with a sake cup.
It has a bit of gas and a fresh feeling. It's sweet, juicy and very tasty.
I'm glad I was able to buy it because it was the last one at the store I went to. I'd be happy to repeat it at other Yamaya stores if they still have it.
Hello, T.KISO.
It looks like it's a limited edition sake to commemorate the inauguration from what I saw on Toji-san's SNS. It's been on sale for a month now, so you might want to hurry 🏃
Although it's not stated on the label, the rice polishing ratio is 65%, the sake level is -13, and the rice is Hatsushimo. It is very sour. It is very sour, and has a strong personality even among sake made with white koji. This sourness is like Niwa-shu or Bodai-gan.
I heard that there was a limited edition of this sake, but I'm curious.
It's low alcohol, but according to the official website, it's undiluted sake.
The balance of sweet and spicy is like wine. There are many sake breweries that use wine yeast, but this one is probably closer to wine. I like the unique sourness.
I've been curious about it for a long time, but I found 300ml of it at Yamaya, so I bought some.
I noticed after I bought it that it was quite dry, with a sake content of +10. It's a spec I don't usually buy, so I was worried...
Personally, I think it's hard to drink because there's no sweetness at all, but if you're into dry sake, you'll probably like it.
Sorry, it's not my favorite😿
But it doesn't seem to interfere with food at all because there's nothing other than the spiciness, so it's good for eating!
For some reason it was sold at the Yamaya. I wonder if it's related to Corona? I think it's the same as the local-only sake called Ou in terms of specs. It says it's blended with a Daiginjo. It's refreshing but fruity. I think it's the best in the world for this flavor for less than 1000 yen before tax.
This sake is made by Daimon Shuzo in Katano city. It doesn't taste like a raw sake. Sweet, bitter and spicy are all reserved and mild. The alcohol feeling is a little strong.
