I bought it at Yamaya because a liquor store I follow on Instagram recommended it as delicious, even though we don't carry it.
It seems to be the first sake produced by a young toji. It seems to have a different quality than the previous Yuki no Matsushima.
It's reasonably priced at around 1400 yen with a sake cup.
It has a bit of gas and a fresh feeling. It's sweet, juicy and very tasty.
I'm glad I was able to buy it because it was the last one at the store I went to. I'd be happy to repeat it at other Yamaya stores if they still have it.
