Gorgeous and slightly gassy. Easy to drink, not sweet. A little bit of pineapple. The taste is very well balanced in this kind of flavor, and the flavor is elegant. You might think it's not like Jikin.

This is the second time I've had it outside. It's described as super dry, but it's not as hot as it sounds. It has a fruity taste like a ginjo sake. However, it has a little bit of the Japanese sake flavor, so some people might not like it.
