A low-alcohol drink. It does not feel as light as its alcohol content, but is very drinkable. It has a strong sweet and savory taste. The sake is very tasty. If you go to a liquor store in Kyoto, you can find a steady supply of it, but others sell out fast.

I think this is the first time for me to drink Jikin Oumachi draft, although it has been fire-aged. It has a berry-like sweet flavor, but not too sweet, and I think it is a balanced type. I felt there was a little gas left in it. I guess I was lucky to be able to drink it, since the only ones I can buy at the liquor store are fire-brewed. I can't compare them simply because they are not in freshly opened condition, but I think I prefer Senbon-Nishiki and Hachitan-Nishiki.

It's been a very long time since I've seen Soga. I was surprised to find it in a local store. The specs remind me of Shinsei, but it is more robust and drinkable than Shinsei. It is neither sweet nor spicy, and I got the impression that it is really a medium-bodied beer. I had had a Numérosis before, but the impression was completely different. It tastes better at room temperature than chilled. The one I drank at home before was from the Ikeda lot, but this one is from the normal lot. I wonder if the taste differs depending on the rice producer.

I've had this before, but it's a sealed bottle, so I tried it. It's not as bitter as the same specs I've had in the past, but it's sweeter and tastier. It's fire-aged, but it has a fresh feel.
