boukenIt's light, gorgeous and delicious, but it feels spicy compared to other raw sakes from the same land. boukenThis is the most relaxed of the Jishin. It's good, but it's not as good as some of the other Jishimas I've had. hondaGood evening, bouken-san🌠
I've had this one myself and it's good, but it's not as good as the others 😆.
I love it when you say it clearly👍️.
boukenhonda-san Good evening 🌃
I'm not sure if it's because of the time that has passed since the opening of the bottle, but compared to the other ones, it's a bit more subtle 😅. boukenA low-alcohol drink. It does not feel as light as its alcohol content, but is very drinkable. It has a strong sweet and savory taste. The sake is very tasty.
If you go to a liquor store in Kyoto, you can find a steady supply of it, but others sell out fast. boukenIt's fresh and has a mild aroma but a gentle sweetness. Collage is very stable. boukenIt's Yamahai, but it doesn't have much of a Yamahai feel, and has a modern feel. The acidity is also strong. It is like summer as written. boukenDrinking out after a long time since July boukenIt's not fresh or fruity, but you can taste the sweetness and flavor in the back of the mouth. boukenHello speech😁.
It's a shop near my house 😊 sometimes they have unexpected drinks which is fun😆. boukenI think this is the first time for me to drink Jikin Oumachi draft, although it has been fire-aged.
It has a berry-like sweet flavor, but not too sweet, and I think it is a balanced type. I felt there was a little gas left in it. I guess I was lucky to be able to drink it, since the only ones I can buy at the liquor store are fire-brewed.
I can't compare them simply because they are not in freshly opened condition, but I think I prefer Senbon-Nishiki and Hachitan-Nishiki. boukenTensei came up in the recommendations for you, but I don't know of any stores that sell it. Is there one in Kansai? boukenMildly gorgeous and berry sweet flavor. It's delicious, but I think I only drink Hououmita out of the house. boukenIt's a raw sake, but not too heavy and easy to drink. It's not too light, but it's very drinkable. boukenIt's been a very long time since I've seen Soga. I was surprised to find it in a local store.
The specs remind me of Shinsei, but it is more robust and drinkable than Shinsei. It is neither sweet nor spicy, and I got the impression that it is really a medium-bodied beer. I had had a Numérosis before, but the impression was completely different. It tastes better at room temperature than chilled.
The one I drank at home before was from the Ikeda lot, but this one is from the normal lot. I wonder if the taste differs depending on the rice producer. boukenI didn't expect to be able to drink so I'm glad I got to drink soga😊. boukenI've had this before, but it's a sealed bottle, so I tried it. It's not as bitter as the same specs I've had in the past, but it's sweeter and tastier. It's fire-aged, but it has a fresh feel. Mantabouken-san, excuse me here too ^ ^.
I wanted to buy Sozora at the last stocking, but unfortunately I gave it up because I was thinking mainly of 4-pack bottles due to the refrigerator situation 🥲.
Maybe I'll buy it at my next stocking 😁. boukenManta-san, thank you for your comments 🙂.
I don't buy it because it doesn't fit in my fridge either 😅. boukenTanaka after a long time. It is the first time to open it. It is more fruity than the impression that I drank in the past. Green apple type. I drank it recently, and it is similar to Ai no Sato, but it seems to have been refined further. Mantabouken Hi ^ ^.
Still no color in Fukuoka and I want to drink Tanaka Rokugo ☺️. boukenManta-san Hello😊.
I'm not sure what to say, but I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you. boukenOf course it's delicious, but it's not too glamorous for Sensuke, it's calm and relaxed. boukenSensuke is consistently delicious no matter what you drink. boukenNot fruity but pungent from sweetness and solid flavor. This is the best Gikyo I've ever had. It seems to be suitable for aging. boukenIt was also a little fizzy. boukenA little effervescence and a good taste of rice. We didn't have a reservation so we drank it at the restaurant again this year. boukenSlightly gassy. Berry flavor. I have only had fire-brewed Senbon-Nishiki, but the draft is also very tasty. boukenIt is juicy and has a sweet flavor like a fruit. It is the best Hououmida I have ever drunk. boukenIs this your first time to try oregano? It is juicy and sweet. I've said it many times, but Izumi Shuzo is the best sake in Nada. Jikon八反錦 2020BY純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過 boukenThis is my first Jikin this year. The fire-hardened version is fruity, but the fresh version is even more gorgeous. Just the right balance. I want to drink this at home. boukenThe type that is punchy, dense, and hard to drink. I like the name "Gichikyo". boukenThis is the first time I've tasted this sake. It's dry but sweet and bitter like a grapefruit? I was going to buy one for the house drinking, but I didn't have to. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
