I'd like to try a freshly opened Omachi, both raw and hi-ire, at home. boukenI thought it was a regular snocre, but it was an Oyamanishiki version.
It too was freshly opened and shwashy 😋.
It is slightly cloudy and has a strong fizzy taste. It is not too sweet and has a strong acidity.
It also has a dry feel. boukenIt was freshly opened😋.
This is the first time I've had fire-brewed Hiran.
It's refreshing and slightly sweet, but quite bitter? The acidity is impressive. 
boukenThis is the first time I've had twilight orange and it's sweet like an orange and has a good acidity.
I think it might be my favorite among all the Kouei Chrysanthemums I've had so far.

I thought it was quite sour, but I thought it was well balanced with sweetness 🤔I wasn't a fan of Sunburst 😅. I was not a fan of the sunburst 😅.
It's funny how opinions can be so divided 😁. boukenIt starts out flat and subtle, but later the concentrated sweetness and gorgeousness comes rushing in.

I know many people like Tokujun 😁I don't know about Tojo and Yoshikawa, but among the regulars, I'd have to say Tokujun 😋, followed by nigori 🤔. boukenI've had home drinking in the past, but this is my first time drinking outside. It's pretty cloudy and shwashy. Fresh and juicy.

In terms of Junmai sake, I prefer Miyazumi, lol 😋It seems similar but has a different feel to it: 💕︎ Rafa papaI'm not sure if it's a good idea or not.

boukenIt's been a while since I've had a Viridian. less sweet and more wood vat-like than 2018? I still think it's on the sweeter side though. As with the Hiraman, the acidity is strong.
More winey than the other COLORS?
I don't know about Earth and Ash.
It is sweet and sour, though not too sweet. The closer the temperature is to room temperature, the stronger the sweetness becomes.

It's delicious and tasty. I thought it would be fruity, but it's quite dry. The acidity is impressive.
Koei Kiku was also drinking it. It's not Sagabiyori, but...

The one I had drunk before was "Gohyakumangoku", which is a type of rice wine.
Surprisingly, it was sweet for a chivalrous person. It might be the best Gikyo I've ever had!
