I'd like to try a freshly opened Omachi, both raw and hi-ire, at home. boukenI thought it was a regular snocre, but it was an Oyamanishiki version.
It too was freshly opened and shwashy 😋.
It is slightly cloudy and has a strong fizzy taste. It is not too sweet and has a strong acidity.

This is the first time I've had fire-brewed Hiran.

boukenThis is the first time I've had twilight orange and it's sweet like an orange and has a good acidity.
I think it might be my favorite among all the Kouei Chrysanthemums I've had so far.

I thought it was quite sour, but I thought it was well balanced with sweetness 🤔I wasn't a fan of Sunburst 😅. I was not a fan of the sunburst 😅.
It's funny how opinions can be so divided 😁. boukenIt starts out flat and subtle, but later the concentrated sweetness and gorgeousness comes rushing in.

boukenIt's been a while since I've had a Viridian. less sweet and more wood vat-like than 2018? I still think it's on the sweeter side though. As with the Hiraman, the acidity is strong.
More winey than the other COLORS?
I don't know about Earth and Ash.
It is sweet and sour, though not too sweet. The closer the temperature is to room temperature, the stronger the sweetness becomes.

I thought I had had a drink before, but it turned out to be something I hadn't had.
The one I had drunk before was "Gohyakumangoku", which is a type of rice wine.
Surprisingly, it was sweet for a chivalrous person. It might be the best Gikyo I've ever had!
