Freshness, a little gas, and a berry-like sweetness. There is a trace of bitterness in the aftertaste. boukenI knew it existed, but I drank it for the first time in the morning sun.
The orange label is fresh. It is dry, berry sweet and delicious. boukenI've had other drinks, but I won't post them because they're ones I've posted in the past. boukenI ordered Collage, but I didn't expect this.
The first time I saw it, I was in the middle of the street. It's a very good wine. It's a very nice wine. boukenWhen I drank it before, I had the impression that it was fruity and dry, but it seemed more fruity and sweeter than before. boukenThis is probably the first time I have tasted Aozora's Omachi. It has a modest but gentle sweet flavor that comes in a sizzle.
I had the impression that Miyamanishiki was more flashy, but I think Oumachi is easier to drink without bitterness. It seems a bit plain, though. boukenFirst time in a while to drink outside.
Personally, I have a strong impression of Hachitan-Nishiki from Jikin or Kameizumi SEL-24.
I've had it many times and I like it because it has just the right amount of sweetness. boukenIt is a beautiful sake, but it has a strong flavor and is delicious. It is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed with food or by itself. boukenIt's a little gassy and sweeter than I expected. I'd like to try the No. 6 yeast. boukenI've had it many times, but I tried it because the rice used for the sake was changed to Hyogo Sake85.
It has a fresh, beautiful sweetness and umami. It quickly finishes and fades away. I thought it was Yamadanishiki and didn't post it, but it was Gohyakumangoku.
I don't remember much about it because it's been a few days, but I remember it was quite gassy. I feel that chivalry is a combination of exquisite drinkability and robustness. boukenMaybe I didn't take a picture of it, but I feel like I've had it in the past. boukenIt's cloudy to the point of being a bit cloudy. It is fresh and tasty. It's been a while since I've had Tanaka's draft, but it's delicious.
It also had a little bit of a rummy taste.
This sake was the last of the year.

I also drank some Jigin, but it is the same unfiltered draft as last time, so I won't post it.
When I come to this restaurant, I only drink sake now, but it's been a while since I drank shochu. It was very good with soda! 

boukenI think this is the first unfiltered raw Gohyakumangoku I have ever had.
