I've had it many times, but I tried it because the rice used for the sake was changed to Hyogo Sake85.
It has a fresh, beautiful sweetness and umami. It quickly finishes and fades away. It tastes great even if the rice is changed.

I thought it was Yamadanishiki and didn't post it, but it was Gohyakumangoku.
I don't remember much about it because it's been a few days, but I remember it was quite gassy. I feel that chivalry is a combination of exquisite drinkability and robustness.

It's cloudy to the point of being a bit cloudy. It is fresh and tasty. It's been a while since I've had Tanaka's draft, but it's delicious.

It is from the same brewery as Jikin. I drank the sealed bottle and found it to be calmer and more beautiful than I expected. It's calm and less glamorous, and has a different atmosphere from Jikin.
Maybe because it is made in wooden vats, it has a unique atmosphere.
