It has a fresh, beautiful sweetness and umami. It quickly finishes and fades away. It tastes great even if the rice is changed. boukenI thought it would be sweet because it's a Yokoyama, but it turned out to be super spicy. I thought it was Yamadanishiki and didn't post it, but it was Gohyakumangoku.
I don't remember much about it because it's been a few days, but I remember it was quite gassy. I feel that chivalry is a combination of exquisite drinkability and robustness. boukenMaybe I didn't take a picture of it, but I feel like I've had it in the past. boukenIt's cloudy to the point of being a bit cloudy. It is fresh and tasty. It's been a while since I've had Tanaka's draft, but it's delicious.
It also had a little bit of a rummy taste.
This sake was the last of the year.

It's not a bad packaged sake. boukenI had given up on buying it because of the timing. It's like a pineapple-like fruit and so juicy. It was delicious 😋. boukenIt is from the same brewery as Jikin. I drank the sealed bottle and found it to be calmer and more beautiful than I expected. It's calm and less glamorous, and has a different atmosphere from Jikin.

I was told by the shop owner that this was expensive. I'm sure you'll love it! boukenIt's light, gorgeous and delicious, but it feels spicy compared to other raw sakes from the same land. boukenThis is the most relaxed of the Jishin.
