Timeline
boukenI see you had one earlier this year, but I'll put it up 😋.
Slightly effervescent and not too sweet. It has a bitterness that is typical of Miyamanishiki and is very sharp.
I wish they would make it in a 4-pack of Aozora. boukenFresh and gassy. Sweetness and beautiful acidity. This may be my favorite type of Sentori.
The other two are Jigin, Senzuke and Collage, which I've posted in the past. boukenI thought I've had it before, but the previous one was raw and this one is fire-roasted. I had the impression that the raw one was sweeter, but this one has a dry atmosphere. A little muscat-like. boukenThe first Kouei Kiku to drink outside. It's been a long time since I drank Kouei Kiku. I don't dislike it...
The owner told me it was not on the menu, but he had it.
It was freshly opened, so it was a bit shwashy. Citrus and rice flavor. It's the type that you can drink easily.
I thought it was my first time to drink Snow Crescent, but I had already had it in the past... boukenSenbon-Nishiki Hi-iri after a long time.
Freshness, a little gas, and a berry-like sweetness. There is a trace of bitterness in the aftertaste. boukenI knew it existed, but I drank it for the first time in the morning sun.
The orange label is fresh. It is dry, berry sweet and delicious. boukenI've had other drinks, but I won't post them because they're ones I've posted in the past. boukenI ordered Collage, but I didn't expect this.
The first time I saw it, I was in the middle of the street. It's a very good wine. It's a very nice wine. boukenWhen I drank it before, I had the impression that it was fruity and dry, but it seemed more fruity and sweeter than before. boukenThis is probably the first time I have tasted Aozora's Omachi. It has a modest but gentle sweet flavor that comes in a sizzle.
I had the impression that Miyamanishiki was more flashy, but I think Oumachi is easier to drink without bitterness. It seems a bit plain, though. boukenFirst time in a while to drink outside.
Personally, I have a strong impression of Hachitan-Nishiki from Jikin or Kameizumi SEL-24.
I've had it many times and I like it because it has just the right amount of sweetness. boukenIt is a beautiful sake, but it has a strong flavor and is delicious. It is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed with food or by itself. boukenIt's a little gassy and sweeter than I expected. I'd like to try the No. 6 yeast. boukenI've had it many times, but I tried it because the rice used for the sake was changed to Hyogo Sake85.
It has a fresh, beautiful sweetness and umami. It quickly finishes and fades away. It tastes great even if the rice is changed. boukenI thought it would be sweet because it's a Yokoyama, but it turned out to be super spicy. However, I didn't feel it was that spicy, but rather a light and clean sake. ゆかちんGood evening, bouken-san. ⭐️Is there a black label for Yokoyama? boukenGood evening 🌃
I thought it would be fruity and sweet because it's a Yokoyama, but it's actually dry 😅The label is really cool! boukenThe first fresh Hachitanishiki in a year. Beautiful and elegant sweetness. This is a stable Zijima. I'm sure it tastes even better when it's freshly opened. boukenIt's been a long time since I've had a fresh Souku. It's fresh, ramune and cider-like. The end result is sweet and bitter. I knew Sozu was delicious fresh. boukenGood evening 🌃
It's been a while since I've had a fresh drink, but it's still delicious😊. Gikyo滓がらみ 五百万石純米原酒生酒おりがらみ boukenSame specs, the ones I thought I had posted in the past but didn't. This is a drink I had last year.
I thought it was Yamadanishiki and didn't post it, but it was Gohyakumangoku.
I don't remember much about it because it's been a few days, but I remember it was quite gassy. I feel that chivalry is a combination of exquisite drinkability and robustness. boukenMaybe I didn't take a picture of it, but I feel like I've had it in the past. boukenIt's cloudy to the point of being a bit cloudy. It is fresh and tasty. It's been a while since I've had Tanaka's draft, but it's delicious.
It also had a little bit of a rummy taste.
This sake was the last of the year.
Thank you very much for all your comments and comments this year. I wish you all a happy new year. しんじょうHappy New Year (omega)!
Last year, I was personally indebted to you!
Please keep plugging away in 2022!
boukenHappy New Year, Shinjo-san!
I'm learning a lot from you because you drink a lot of sake that I don't know, like Ju Kabuto!
I look forward to working with you again this year😊. boukenI thought it would taste orangey, but it didn't. It was deliciously sweet and juicy.
I also drank some Jigin, but it is the same unfiltered draft as last time, so I won't post it.
When I come to this restaurant, I only drink sake now, but it's been a while since I drank shochu. It was very good with soda!

boukenI think this is the first unfiltered raw Gohyakumangoku I have ever had.
It is not too sweet and juicy, and very well-balanced. I think this might be my favorite Jigai for some reason! MantaGood evening, bouken-san ^ ^.
I also bought a bottle of unfiltered raw Jijima 😆.
It's absolutely delicious👍.
I'm looking forward to drinking it ☺️. boukenGood evening, Manta-san.
I'm sure it tastes even better when it's freshly opened. I'm jealous 😻 tkmtsbouken🌙
I haven't drunk all of the Zi Kon either.
I think this one is my favorite 😆👍 RigelGood evening 🤗
I'm also settling for Tokujun for some reason when it comes to Jikin.
I'm planning to open an Origari raw at the beginning of the year 🤤. boukentkmt Good evening 🌃
I think I've had better ones, but this one is easy to drink and just right 🙃. boukenRigel Good evening 😸
I'm so relieved that so many of you feel the same way! (What a relief!) I've never had an origara-mi raw, so I'm curious🎅 hondabouken-san Good morning ☀️.
This is the first season's Gohyakumangoku 👍️.
I'd like to stock up on Gohyakumangoku because I'll have a chance until about March🎵. boukenGood morning, honda-san!
It's a pretty long sales period! I wish I could buy it by lottery or points. Freshly opened 🥺 RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
