This is probably the first time I have tasted Aozora's Omachi. It has a modest but gentle sweet flavor that comes in a sizzle.
I had the impression that Miyamanishiki was more flashy, but I think Oumachi is easier to drink without bitterness. It seems a bit plain, though.

I thought it was Yamadanishiki and didn't post it, but it was Gohyakumangoku.
I don't remember much about it because it's been a few days, but I remember it was quite gassy. I feel that chivalry is a combination of exquisite drinkability and robustness.

It is from the same brewery as Jikin. I drank the sealed bottle and found it to be calmer and more beautiful than I expected. It's calm and less glamorous, and has a different atmosphere from Jikin.
Maybe because it is made in wooden vats, it has a unique atmosphere.
