Timeline
boukenI haven't had tangerine since I drank the one that Yoohee-san brought at the Sakai Off-line Meeting last year.
I thought it must be Viridian, but I didn't expect it to be Tangerine😳.
It's one of the sweetest Colors I've ever had, but it also has acidity and a very small amount of bitterness at the end of the bottle.
I prefer it to Viridian and Cosmos as I did before 😋.
I haven't had it for a long time and would love to have an Ecru 🙄. ゆーへーbouken Hi ☀️
I had a bottle of this wine after a long time, and it was very citrusy and I really liked it 🍊.
It's not easy to find, so I'd buy it if it was available💦. HiranHappy New Born原酒生酒無濾過 boukenIt's been a while since I've had a Happy New Born.
It's a bit sour like Kouei Kiku, but I think I like the sweetness and flavor of Hiran better. boukenDrinking after a long time. This is the fourth time I've had Snow Crescent.
The last time I drank it was Yuyamanishiki, but this time it's Yamada Nishiki.
I see from past posts that this is the 3rd time I've had Yamadanishiki 😅.
It's freshly opened so it's really shwashy!
Sweet, tasty, bitter, acidic, a bit apple-like.
It tastes like Koueikiku! boukenAfter tasting Tenka Nishiki, we were going to drink at home but suddenly decided to drink outside. I can't reduce the amount of alcohol in the house🤣.
I haven't had Amami Nama sake in about a year.
When I drank it last year, it said it was grape-like, but I thought it was sweet and a little rummy. のちをbouken-san Good evening, this time of year cellars don't decrease!
It's a blessing to have drinking buddies 😀. boukenGood evening, Mr. Nochi.
I don't have to buy them because there are year-end parties and so on, but they keep increasing 😅
Well, I guess we're all friends or relatives 💦. boukenSlightly fizzy and rummy
It is a modern sake that is Yamahai but not Yamahai-like.
This time, all the sakes were ones I've had in the past, but they were delicious so I'm OK👍.
I finished the sake and had a sweet potato shochu.
I forgot what it's called😅
The other shochu that the owner offered me to try was from 1991 😳.
I've had old Awamori before, but this was my first time to try shochu!
It had a unique flavor and was very interesting 😁.
After leaving the store, I was sucked into the Ikoma Sake Shop just a few steps away 😆. boukenFirst time since the current label.
Slightly gassy. Sweet and tasty, but not too sweet. boukenFirst local drinking this year
I received a line from the store, so I visited them after a long time.
First of all, I went to Aozora, which was recommended by the owner.
Sweet and juicy with a slight bitterness at the end!
I think it is one of my favorite Aozora I have ever had!
I've had it in the past 🤣. boukenI've tasted it before, but again.
It has a more robust umami than Yokoyama, which I prefer.
Basically, it's dry, but there's a little bit of sweetness and umami.
Surprised to see the sake strength of +10 😳
I thought it would be around +7. ポンちゃんHi bouken 🐦.
I mentioned at Nisshimura's tasting that their Autumn Sake was delicious and they said this one might be a better match 😳 Sounds delicious! I had to stop because it was a bottle and I regretted avoiding it because it was super spicy💦. boukenGood evening, Pon-chan.
I'm not a fan of dry sake with strong umami, but this one was delicious dry sake with a lot of umami 😋.
I can understand why you would avoid it if you drink it at home😅. boukenI thought I've had a super hot drink before, but I guess it's my first raw one?
It's spicy, but with notes of muscatel and apple.
Fairly dry, with a short aftertaste. boukenIt's been two years since Hachitan Nishiki Hi-iri?
It was freshly opened 😆.
The aroma is mild pineapple.
Even after drinking, you can feel a hint of pineapple.
It's delicious, but I got the impression that it had a fresh and gassy feeling even when it was heated, but I didn't feel it so much this time. boukenFirst time squeezing for the third time in three years
Not super sweet, but fresh, fruity and a little bitter.
I feel like my impression of this sake changes every time I drink it 🤔.
First time drinking outside in October, Tochigi Ai 🥰. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, bouken 😃.
I'm hearing now that this is the 3rd time in 3 years, it's like the number of times we've played in the World Series or Japan Series 😄.
Thank you for your love 🥰 in and out of Tochigi in October 😊. boukenJay & Nobby, good evening 🌃
You are like a celebrity who has been caught 💉 many times and a Koshien school 😆.
I had Tochigi love 🥰 today at home drinking, so please give me some more Yumachi for a while 😌. boukenI almost went through it thinking it was something I've had before💦.
Rice is Misato Nishiki
Slightly sweet and fresh.
I haven't had Yamamoto in a long time, but this one is delicious.
boukenThey said there were two types of Hiran and this was the one I'd never had, so I ordered it. It's super dry, and the specs are such that I wouldn't buy it myself.
Yamato Sake Brewery in Saga used to make BLACK JACK, but they stopped making sake, so I wonder if Tobiraman is making it now.
It's dry and dry, but not as dry as it sounds, and I found it easy to drink.
It's spicy, but it has a citrusy taste that is typical of Hiran. アラジンGood evening, bouken😄
I believe there are now two breweries, Kanbokuto and Jiran, producing under the theme of "Beyond Karakuchi" 🤔.
The labels are also unified and very confusing if you don't know 😅.
I haven't had it yet though 😌. boukenGood evening, Mr. Aladdin 🌃
BLACK JACK seems to be a product planned by a company called Kyushu Sake Takumi No Ichiza, which does not have a brewery but commercializes sake 🤔.
I would like to try KANKOKUTO next 😁. あおちゃんGood morning bouken😃
You had a drink 😁.
It's not spicy nor sweet 😰. boukenAo, good morning ☀.
No, it's spicy 😅
It's a very dry sake with a sake strength of +21, but it's not as spicy as I thought it would be 😁. ゆーへーbouken here too: ⭐︎
I'm a fan of Hiran, but this one is super dry, so I avoided drinking it 💧.
I found it at Sumino this year 💡. boukenGood evening, Mr. Yoohee.
It doesn't seem spicy for the alcohol content, but it's spicy and 💦.
I think this store probably got it from Sumino-san too 🤔 boukenJust opened and ready to drink 😁.
Fresh and juicy!
A little bit of 🍌 and 🍑 in the taste.
Collage is very tasty when it's freshly opened
I think it's my favorite Collage.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to find the right one, but I'm sure I'll be able to find the right one.
I think the acidity of the Sunburst is not as strong as I've been led to believe in the past.
The Kibotsuru Omachi is still delicious! ジェイ&ノビィHey bouken!
We used to enjoy Tojo Yamadanishiki 寫楽 very much! It's expensive though 😅.
We also had our first acid burst 💥 the other day and I agree with you that the acidity is not as strong as you say it is 😁. boukenJay & Nobby-san, this is Maiado 🙋.
Tojo Yamadanishiki😳Yoshikawa and Tojo make me nervous just because of their names🤣I think twilight orange stands out more for its acidity🤔.
By the way, did you get the warning for Tochigi prefecture? ジェイ&ノビィThank you for your concern 🥹.
We were woken up in the middle of the night by a heavy cell phone alert 🚨 😅 but it was calm in our place 😌. boukenFire-brewed but fresh, Yamahai but modern sake
I had a bottle of this sake earlier this year, and it's delicious both raw and hi-ire.
I still haven't tried Yoshida Kura at home though😅. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, bouken 😃.
Yoshidagurau! Looks delicious 😋.
We want to drink it too, but we haven't had it at home or outside yet 🥲. boukenGood evening, Jay & Nobby.
It was an easy drinking yamahai and delicious 😋.
I should have seen it at the liquor store, but maybe the too simple label makes it hard to notice 🤔.
I sometimes drink Tedorigawa from the same brewery 😅. boukenFreshness like a fresh fruit
Berry-like sweetness and acidity
Very tasty!
When the temperature goes up, it becomes a little bit calm. Jikon三重山田錦 火入 2023純米吟醸無濾過 boukenI drank Yamadanishiki Nama at home this year, but this one is fire-brewed.
It's delicious with a berry-like sweetness and bitterness from the sweetness.
I wrote in a post a few years ago that I didn't like Yamadanishiki Hi-iri, but this one was delicious 😋.
I also drank a twilight orange 😋. boukenSchwashy and dry.
Not too sweet and gets spicier as the temperature goes up.
I've had it at home in the past, but it seemed spicier then.
I thought it was a little sweeter 🤔. boukenI was hungover from drinking a lot the day before, but I had made reservations for the night before, so...
I had never had a drink before.
It was dry, sweet and sour like a ramune.
I got the impression that it tasted more robust than other "Hiran" wines. boukenI wondered if it was the one I'd had before, but I heard it was pink labeled and I must not have had it, so here's the last one I ordered.
It says "orikarami," but it is as cloudy as nigori sake. It has a well-balanced sweetness and a strong rice flavor.
It also has a slight bitterness.
I think it is as good as famous nigori sake, just not as well known 🤔.
It's like drinking 500ml of this at home in the old days😅. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
