The aroma does not rise. Contains surprisingly ink-alcoholic aroma. Rough bitterness. Sweetness and umami. The crisp acidity is speedy and sharp. The smell of squid liver paste is washed away and is moderate. Degree of liking ☆3/5

The aroma does not rise to the top. Smooth texture and acidity. Wood and smoke nuances spread quickly. The palate has a strong attack but is surprisingly cohesive. The flavor is glossy and delicious. The slightly spicy astringency is also good. Surprisingly, it is very good. It is a good pairing with a cut piece of hachio fish (marinated in sake lees). Degree of liking ☆4/5

The aroma is slightly pear-like and fresh. It is quite cloudy. The texture is more silky and clear than it looks. It is fruity with a bitter sourness like Greffles. There is a hint of amazake-like rice flavor in the aftertaste. Nice match with bouillabaisse. Taste level 3.5/5

Snow Kayasha has been famous for more than 40 years since I was a college student. I drank it for the first time about 2 years ago and it was delicious.

I guess it means the taste has not been lost. That alone makes me happy as a sake drinker.

The aroma doesn't come as much.... On the palate, this is totally wine-like. Taste of muscat and lychee. The light bitterness and umami are accompanied by a hint of rice. The bitterness in the end brings it all together like a sake. It is quite interesting. 4/5 stars for my favorite.
