The "ao ao" is fire-roasted + aged. It is smooth and thick on the tongue. Juicy orange flavor. Slightly banana tropical. It has a rounded umami flavor with a sense of depth from the aging process. A gentle sake. I asked for the new tuna steak donburi with a little less rice. I asked for a little less rice. The fat and the affinity are not bad, but the taste prevails. Taste 3.5/5

Slightly ripe rice smell. When you take a sip, you can feel the graininess. Full flavor. Pungent and tangy. The acidity is grainy and has a sharp and crisp feeling. This is delicious, cosy, and well-balanced in autumn. 4/5 stars for my taste.

Aroma of grape skins in the greffle? It has a sizzling texture and a piquant gassy feeling. Fruity and astringent, like kiwi or something. The fruity sweetness is followed by a bitter taste. After swallowing, there is a pungent alcohol taste, which is typical of unfiltered wines. The sweetness is strong, but there is a bitter acidity, and the sharpness is relatively sharp. Anago no kama-yaki (grilled conger eel) is a limited rare menu item. Preference 3/5

Eikohuji Snake Eye Unlike the usual label, there is no text. Snake eyes represent sake. Magnum bottle with wine yeast The taste is dry, fruity and sharp. The alcohol content is high and the acidity is about the same as usual, but it is stronger than usual, and there is a lingering bitterness, astringency, or astringency, which makes it a good match for fatty foods. Maybe it is for foreigners or French cuisine. If you compare it to wine, you might compare it to wine. The name comes from the character for "glory" that was added to the original sake name "Fuji" when the company was founded, with the wish for prosperity. It is also said that the symmetrical character "Eiko Fuji" represents the brewery's philosophy of "sake brewing without backs and sides.
