Cankerberries are still delicious. Pineapple. I was able to buy the red origami but not the yellow, so I was able to drink it at Fish Grass and it was a life saver. Also, my neighbor recommended that the CAS frozen purple sea urchin is delicious. I want to check it out.

Mmmm...the rice is delicious. Aromatic aroma of rice fills the mouth. It is full of flavor. The texture is more than mellow, Although it is not angular, it has a surprisingly acidic structure. It has a sense of calmness, but the finish is clean. Taste: 3.5/5

Forgot to raise it yesterday. I wonder if it's the one I had last time that wasn't fire-added. Ooh, fresh rice juice feeling. Pineapple-like flavor and a slight woody smell. A little bit strong taste. Juice for adults. The aftertaste seems to be dry. Taste 3.5/5

Youthful rice and graininess. Flavor is fresh but with a good sense of body. Sweetness is clear. Not clingy, which is the rating I got when I checked it out, I felt a bit of bitterness and astringency in the second half. I don't like the taste. Taste 2.5/5

cocken Calm and mellow Classic The label is a gourd and a boar's mouth. Maybe the vermilion color is because it's for hot sake. It was founded in 1877 and named "Kokugen" after the many people who discussed the future of the country after the end of the Tokugawa Shogunate and the turn of the Meiji Era.

The aroma is mild. When you taste it, it has a hint of matured flavor. The texture is fine. The entrance is light, with a hint of freshness, Gentle sweetness, gentle and mellow rice flavor. Unlike the usual Yuki no Bijin, the lingering aftertaste is rather relaxed. A calm sake that complements a meal. It is better to be a little warmer than cold, as it is mellower. Degree of liking ☆3.5/5

I don't drink this very often because it is expensive. The aroma is clean, classical, and liquor-like. The texture is pure and clean. Slight ginjo aroma, beautiful sweetness and fresh flavor. The tangy bitterness and alcohol give a youthful impression. Sukiyaki pull. It is a good, orthodox sake. Pair it with a salted Hokke fish. Degree of liking ☆3.5/5

Sweet and creamy aroma. Contains muscat, orange and lychee, Juicy and fruity. At first, it reminds me of German wine, but it is richer, richer, and smoother than that. The wine melts away in a smooth, mellow manner. The sweetness and acidity are moderate and slightly bitter. This is amazing. My favorite 5/5

Suehiro (former Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department) Classic Yamahai, perfectly suited for hot sake. I like Genzai so I wanted to try this one. I used to not like the taste, but now I can taste or understand it. The phrase "akinai hasuehiroku" (the business is wide at the end) was used in an old trading code, after which this was named.

nanbuzin I forgot to put it on the label so I don't remember the taste. Beautiful color on the label. The area in northern Iwate Prefecture where the brewery is located was once the "Nanbu domain," and the then chief of the Ninohe tax office and the chairman of Nanbu Bijin named the sake "Nanbu Bijin" after the place name Nanbu and the image of clean and beautiful sake quality based on their desire to produce a clean and beautiful sake. Ninohe Terroir The family crest is probably "two tsuhiki on a circle
