Slightly floral rice sweet aroma. The texture is a bit syrupy with a rich rice flavor. Moderately sweet and acidic with a strong sense of bitterness. It fades quickly while leaving a lingering sweet aftertaste. Last year, I think it was more glossy, sweet, and transparent. The impression is very different. 3/5 for my favorite.

There is not much standing aroma. Slightly gassy on the palate. Slightly rummy and muscat-like with a squashy flavor, The texture is fresh. The nose is fresh and clean. The wine pulls off elegantly and smoothly, and is modern. I've recently become addicted to yunibi. The label of Tenbi has not changed, so it is hard to distinguish the version. Preference level 3/5

The mouthfeel is light and dry. When swallowed, it is surprisingly rough, and the five tastes seem to be reflected diffusely. I think I drank the blue label one a long time ago and disliked it. Since I was with friends, I finished it before analyzing the reason why I didn't like it. Later, I searched for it and found that it is recommended for white fish. It went well with boiled salmon. Lukewarm cold. Soft mouthfeel. A little tingling. The acidity is refreshing, and although the bottle is fired only once, it remains quite fruity. The rice flavor is very tasty. It's a delicious sake that can be drunk without hesitation. It has a lady-like feeling. Preference 4/5 stars.

First I find the aroma of tomatoes, which I don't like. Then, cotton candy and pineapple, I guess. Quite complex. Mellow fruity, like ripe. A little bit of bitter mixed in. Sweetness and aroma with a long aftertaste. Rich, sweet and delicious sake. Matches the fat of the fish (yellowtail otoro). It is a good sake for a meal despite its richness. I would like to try it with sweet-and-sour pork. Preference ☆ 2.5/5→3.5/5 (upward revision)

It's not sweet at all," the waiter said. The nose is fruity, with hints of apple and pear. When you taste it, you will be surprised by its body, graininess, and firm flavor. The sweetness is definitely moderate, but there is a hint of natural sweetness from the rice. It seems to be fragrant and full, but at the same time it is very well balanced. It goes well with sashimi as well. It has a robustness that is not typical of Yamada-Nishiki. It is delicious. It is true that it is not too sweet for a double-brew. It is a robustly delicious sake with moderate sweetness. Taste 4.5/5
