I talked with my neighbor about how rare it was, and we talked about somewhat glorious Fuji.
Eikofuji's dry, filtered, fired and watered limited edition sake, which is rare among Eikofuji's limited edition sake.
The name comes from the addition of the character "Eiko" (glory) to the original sake name "Fuji" (Fuji), which was used when the company was first founded, to express the wish for prosperity. It has a crisp mouthfeel. It goes down your throat just right.

It is perfect for this hot day.
