I don't drink this very often because it is expensive. The aroma is clean, classical, and liquor-like. The texture is pure and clean. Slight ginjo aroma, beautiful sweetness and fresh flavor. The tangy bitterness and alcohol give a youthful impression. Sukiyaki pull. It is a good, orthodox sake. Pair it with a salted Hokke fish. Degree of liking ☆3.5/5
