I have had Tedorigawa several times, but this was my first time at Yoshida Kurau!
This is a "modern Yamahai" brewed only with local rice, water, and in-house cultivated yeast, so expectations were high!
The first sip was very soft on the palate, and the umami flavor spread quickly, and the low alcohol content made it easy to drink!
