Refreshing ✨. A little bitterness of Japanese citrus is pleasant 😆My wife says it's delicious with acetic peel 🍊. Great with a chilled bowl of summer vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, asparagus, tomatoes, myoga, okra, bell peppers)👍.
My friend in Yamanashi loves Mikotsuru, I was worried about it after the regime change, but I'm glad to hear it's delicious ☺️

I've had a few Tsurugidake, but surprisingly this was my first time to try the Ginban since I started Sake no Wa 😅.
It's a very easy to drink without any habit 😆. A food sake. Dry but also sweet. Can also be heated. Good quality of Honjozo 👍.
We had a sumptuous seven kinds of sashimi (tuna, sea bream, kanpachi, prawn, scallop, whale, octopus, egg) 😋.

Junmai Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake🍶🍶Tokubetsu A Yamadanishiki🌾 from Yoshikawa, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Mellow and mature 😳. Ester in the mouth. It might be good warmed up 🤔. If you drink it after eating Kanpachi, it will soften the sensation. It's a great match with sour pike conger eel tempura with ume plum paste.

Fluffy, rather impactful but sweet and gentle. My wife says it's a loquat 😆 Pair it with grilled sweetfish 😋.

Citrusy🍋fresh✨. Snuggles up to raw oysters🦪😆. It's one with oysters. Steamed oysters are a bit salty so Hayashi feels sweet. Noto oysters🦪 from Noto Nanao West Bay are ummmm😋.

Yamahai Junmai 🍶 Super dry
It is rather matured, but it has a strong thump, but it is not habitual. Strong acidity. Good for daily drinking. Goes well with shirasu (baby sardines). It is sweet and candy-like when paired with Hokkai Tako (octopus).

Junmai Daiginjo🍶Natsu no Nama Sake✨Miyamanishiki from Aizu🌾.
Beautiful and fine sake 😆. But not too sparkling, easy to pair with food. Sweet and delicious. Can be paired with sashimi (maguro red tuna, medium fatty tuna, sea bream, prawns) and beef stew 😋.
