Refreshing ✨. Delicious 😆 Refreshing and dry. Calpis soda 🥛. As much as you want. I couldn't resist having another 😅 matched with Kanpachi's nameko fish 🐟👍There were quite a few more sakes I wanted to drink.

Junmai Ginjyo Unadjusted Nama-Ginjo Nama-Shu🍶Dewa Sanzan🌾.
It is soft around the body. It is familiar to the body. ☺️ Muscat-like when you drink it. Sweet and spicy. Pleasant sake✨. Sour, sweet and pleasant when paired with pike conger eel tempura with plum paste.

Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake🍶Ihyakumangoku🌾 from the Aizu region of Fukushima Prefecture.
Refreshing ✨. A little bitterness of Japanese citrus is pleasant 😆My wife says it's delicious with acetic peel 🍊. Great with a chilled bowl of summer vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, asparagus, tomatoes, myoga, okra, bell peppers)👍.
My friend in Yamanashi loves Mikotsuru, I was worried about it after the regime change, but I'm glad to hear it's delicious ☺️

I've had a few Tsurugidake, but surprisingly this was my first time to try the Ginban since I started Sake no Wa 😅.
It's a very easy to drink without any habit 😆. A food sake. Dry but also sweet. Can also be heated. Good quality of Honjozo 👍.
We had a sumptuous seven kinds of sashimi (tuna, sea bream, kanpachi, prawn, scallop, whale, octopus, egg) 😋.
