Purchased at the Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival
It has a classic dry taste when drunk cold, but the acidity is quite strong. It's a dangerous one that I could drink it lazily.
It is easier to drink at room temperature because the spiciness is reduced.
It also has a slight lactic acidity.
I only drank a little, but I took it out of the fridge because I didn't think it was the type to drink cold 😅.
